Monthly Rentals in Erlangen-Höchstadt

The many superlative reviews that I read when I booked this AirBnB proved to be all accurate and true. I needed a 10 week rental while carrying out studies at the local University. This was outstanding for my extended stay, and I booked another 30 days starting in a few weeks. The bicycle and adjacent laundry room were real conveniences, and there was much adjacent "free space". Leona and Wolfgang added numerous thoughtful touches that made the stay a real pleasure. I would particularly recommend this rental to those seeking a quiet residential area as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a central city. I felt very peaceful and "at home" and would gladly return for a personal/pleasure trip as opposed to a business trip.

Beautiful apartment, totally quiet with a small garden in front of the door and after a few meters you are right in the city center. The host was very nice and the Airbnb is definitely recommended
