Family-friendly vacation rentals in Epsom and Ewell District

Flagpole cottage and the Summerhouse provided an excellent retreat for our family to spend a memorable Christmas and New Year. The hosts Robin and Francine were excellent communicators proactively providing us with advice and responded to any queries within an hour. The handbook provided clear instructions on how to use the facilities on offer as well as a guide to the local area. The cottage was clean and tidy with ample bed linen and towels. Despite it being December we were able to make use of the large garden and woodland and the children particularly enjoyed the amenities which included a trampoline and hot tub. The combination of all this made our family holiday feel like home from home. We could not have asked for more.

Thanks for a great time in NW London! I loved the bright, spacious, nicely furnished, comfy and recently renovated apartment in a small and picturesque side street in Belsize Park. The photos are no exaggeration, this is a place to feel at home immediately. Close to the underground/bus station, shops nearby. Very friendly owner and very helpful contact. Immediate help when (rarely) something was not working.

Pekes is a perfect weekend get away. Set in Sussex countryside far from the madding crowd. With facilities on the door: swimming pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at Tudor View which has stunning views and was a comfortable living space for the five of us. Thank you Pekes Team.

Pretty and clean cabin in a stunning setting, with gorgeous views and a large jacuzzi. Beds were comfortable, the place is very quiet (if you don’t mind the ducks and chickens happily “singing” at the start of the day, which we didn’t!) Lovely 30 walk from the house to a lovely local pub. The lack of equipment in the kitchen was a bit of an issue for us as we love cooking but there is a raclette machine which made a great tasty alternative meal and perfect for this time of the year. There were only 2 chairs in the kitchen/living area which was a bit tricky as it was 4 of us, but i understand there is a table and 4 chairs outside you can bring in the house (it was covered as it rained quite a bit) Overall a good stay in a beautiful area.

We had a great vacation at Brett’s place, conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed walking to Katherine’s Dock for coffee and food. The home is well maintained, everything is equipped. We three of us enjoyed privacy with plenty of spaces!

We had a lovely time at Stephanie’s place. The cottage is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. It is also very quiet. There was a welcome pack, when we arrived, with some delicious food. From East Hoathly it’s a short drive to many places of interest. I also recommend the King’s Head, the local pub (great food!) Perfect! Thank you Stephanie and I hope we can stay there again.

We had a perfectly peaceful & relaxing stay with friends. It was a nice base to come back to at the end of the day. Lovely walking from the door which meant you didn't have to get in the car every day to get anywhere. Easy walking into the village where there's plenty of nice pubs to eat & a small store with post office if you need anything. Everyone we met was very friendly. Elaine was a great host & quick to respond to any queries & the app I was sent before my stay with all the info on it about the place & surrounding area was very impressive. Even had maps of local walks on it. This was our 1st time using Airbnb, after this experience we would definitely be encouraged to do it again. Let's hope they're all as good

We had an amazing stay. We were there for a quick 3 day trip from the states to visit family in billingshurst. It was absolutely perfect for us as a family with a small toddler. The location was ideal for seeing the family and the parking was incredibly convenient! I honestly think it was even cuter in person than in the photos. We will definitely stay again for our next visit!

Staying at The Bowery was the peace and family time we needed. An absolutely beautiful cottage in a lovely village. The host Caroline was friendly, helpful and makes a fantastic chutney! Will definitely be booking again. 5 Star

We loved staying at the Turkey House this autumn. Straight out of the house you can walk through the beautiful woods up the Ashford Hangers and to the Poet’s stone. It is cosy with the Aga - never used one before but so easy and efficient to use. There is an electric stove but that wasn’t needed. The house has a ‘lived in’ feel. The well-stocked spice cupboard was very useful.

Lovely location, property has excellent facilities. Recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Thank you for having us Sam, it was the perfect place to escape to for a festive explore of Windsor and Amersham. You were super welcoming, kind and helpful and I couldn’t have wanted a better base for my stay. Clean, welcoming and cosy - would visit again if you’d have me! X

I really enjoyed my stay here because there were lots of restaurants with plenty of variety, public transportation was super close and the places was so comfortable to stay in. I felt very cozy at this flat. It is a bit far from the touristy areas but you won't have trouble getting there if that's what you want to do. I only dealt with AnneMarie, the co-host, who was always quick to respond and come up with solutions. When the wifi went out, she was very responsive in getting it back up again. She also gave very clear instructions for checking in and getting to the place. The place is exactly like the photos with a wonderful shower, a piano and a Bluetooth to hook up your music. You can hear the upstairs neighbors here and there but they aren't loud. And the outside traffic isn't too loud either. I was able to sleep soundly, though I'm used to city noise. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I felt very at home the entire time.

Just loved our stay at Susies cottage. Really comfortable and welcoming., and the table tennis table and pool table were a definite hit. There are lots of games books and a lovely garden. Cosy fire. Susie is a lovely host..

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We had a wonderful stay. Caroline was very quick to reply to messages and there were lots of lovely extra touches in the house like full breakfast options and chocolates for the children. The setting is stunning. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

The accommodation at The Barn was perfect. Set in very pretty surroundings in a beautiful part of Surrey. We received a warm welcome and made ourselves at home straight away. Absolutely the best Airbnb we have stayed in so far and we can’t wait to return.

We had a fabulous long stay in Susan’s house. The house was perfect, spacious and homely and in a great location near Clapham high st and Clapham common with lots of nice shops, parks and close to lots of public transport. Susan was very welcoming and responsive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us during our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was really well equipped, responses to questions were really quick and the barn was delightful.
