Well located accommodation close to the city center. although located on the edge of a street, the studio is quiet. Very functional, cozy, you don't want to leave it. Check-in instructions were clear. Sandrine is responsive to answer questions. Impecc value for money: cheaper than a hotel and much better equipped.

A lovely central location that was as advertised. It was such an easy walk to Avenue de Champagne where we spent most of our time, so that was an excellent bonus! The secure parking space was fantastic to have as part of the booking and very convenient as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice apartment and a nice location just outside the centre but great for a short walk to it. Recommended

Cathy's apartment was a great place to stay in Epernay - right in the middle of town. The apartment was very well outfitted and maintained - we particularly appreciated the coffee and tea selection to include an American drip coffee maker! Cathy was one of the most welcoming and helpful hosts we've interacted with in our European travels. She was very proficient at using modern translation apps to smooth over any language barriers. We very much enjoyed our stay and whole-heartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the Champagne Region.
