Family-friendly vacation rentals in Épernay

A great way to end the year 2024! these few days in Jean-Michel's place were nice for the whole family, including doggies. the accommodation is very good for a short and long stay, there is all the equipment to feel at home there! between appliances, sound and tv installation (and even a ps4 for amateurs), board games, etc.! Bonus with the mini market: Jean-Michel also makes the grocer for troubleshooting. the setting is very pleasant, and quiet, pretty village, well located so as not to be away from places of interest. the weather conditions did not allow us to enjoy the hot tub (gel), a small disappointment quickly forgotten around one of the many board games. i highly recommend this place, and it's very likely that we'll go back

This place was great and Adeline was wonderful. Great communication throughout. And a little visit to the champagne cellar was lovely. The house was very roomy and clean with all the facilities you could need. The hot tub and sauna were brill. Lots of toilets and showers and a spacious living room. Adeline was a lovely host with great English speaking skills. Would definitely go back - perfect base to explore Champagne.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house. The property exceeded our expectations; the photos don’t do it justice. Our hosts were gracious, kind, and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome. They greeted us upon arrival with a complimentary bottle of champagne and even taught us how to sabrage it—a memorable experience! We had a wonderful family stay at Delphine's chalet. Everything is very clean, tastefully renovated and quality materials. The views are breathtaking and the calm is very relaxing. Delphine is a very nice and warm woman. We'll be back 😊

spacious and pleasant accommodation. very well equipped. the little decorated tree present upon our arrival. the thing that doesn't seem much but so convenient: each toilet equipped with hand towel and soap( push - foam) + gated yard parking 👍🏻

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

We had a great time with friends. Laurence and her family were welcoming and available to ensure a quality stay. The place lends itself perfectly to the quiet little retreat we were looking for. I recommend it, you can go without a second thought. Special mention for the homemade pizzas offered by her son. We loved it.

A perfect location in the heart of Reims — EVERYTHING is walkable — Cathedral, great shopping and restaurants, Champagne houses. We loved the decor and furnishings — particularly appreciated the electric shutters given the large picture windows — best way to ensure a good night’s sleep. Linens and pillows were great too. We found easy on-street parking less than half a block away. We appreciated the recommendations Ludivine provided; champagne chai with hundreds of different champagnes at good prices was a wonderful insider secret. We had a fantastic time and will be back!

Listing as described and very nice! Perfect location to tour the Champagne wineries! Special mention for the very nice wood fire fireplace for these cool late fall evenings! Good value for money.

I’ve had a wonderful stay together with my dog. It’s a lovely gite with a nice view on the countryside. Shops, activities, etc. are about a 5-15 minute drive. The gite has everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Kirsten is a true Superhost. Very pleasant in contact. The cottage was very cute and cozy. The bed was lovely. In the night it is dead quiet and pitch dark so we slept fantastic. Very nice environment in the champagne, and what we were after; fireworks free so the dog enjoyed too.

Excellent stay with 3 couples on the loyvelle annee .. easy and prompt communication with Christelle. Very well-equipped kitchen as well as all the necessary dishes. The wood fireplace is a real plus

Nice house, close to Paris, perfect for meeting as a group (there were 9 of us). The seating area with the fireplace is perfect for relaxing. Neighbors' chickens at our window every morning to delight children. Christelle is very friendly, available and accommodating. Thanks so much!

Beautiful, characterful house with a nice outdoor area with swimming pool. Near Reims and Epernay for good restaurants and champagne tastings. Very nice hostess!

Thank you so much to Françoise and Olivier! We loved our stay at their beautiful home. The apartment was so nicely decorated and curated and we felt right at home. The pool and its surrounds that we had to ourselves for our stay were absolutely stunning, and Olivier was so kind to set up the barbecue for us to use as well. Athis was a beautiful town too and simply the perfect place to explore the Champagne region. There are also some excellent roads for cycling in the area if that is of interest. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Françoise and Olivier and we hope to be able to return in the future!

We would love to visit this airbnb with our kids every summer! They loved watching the horses, playing on the playground, and swimming. The other families on-site were friendly and we enjoyed bbqing with them. The location was quiet, but quite close to the champagne houses we wanted to visit. Parking was ample, and the owner had a cute puppy. Our airbnb was large and clean, and my husband appreciated the AC in our bedroom.

We celebrated New Year with the whole family of 13, 8 adults and 5 children from 9 to 13. We probably broke the rule "no loud late party" on New Year's Eve. The kids loved the "attic" bedroom with ensuite toilets and bathroom. The space is great, the kitchen is more than full of everything that might be needed: plates, bowls, glasses, pans, utensils, ... you name it and there it is, in more than sufficient numbers. Bedrooms were very nice, beds themselves very comfortable with top linens. Bathrooms all nicely fitted and nice to use. No issue with heating, warm water, ... The house is extremely well noise insulated, not only from outside noise, but also from noises of other rooms within the house. It appears the owners have done most of the work themselves, which is an impressive feat. The road in front of the house is full of parking space, with sparse traffic. Most certainly a great pick at other times of the year with "better" weather, especially with usage of the swimming pool.
