We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

It’s our second time staying here and we loved it even more the second time around. Such a beautiful home with a wonderful kitchen, comfortable bed and the outdoor space is rare. Truly awesome.

The space itself was immaculate, showcasing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Beds were very comfortable. The decor was inviting, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Linar was excellent at communicating. His house comfortably fit my family of 5 and was close to Sea World and San Diego Zoo. The jacuzzi was a plus!

The place was spacious and clean. The hot tub and playground were great for the grandkids. Shar was very responsive when we needed anything. Six of us spent 2 weeks there and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

My family and I felt right at home. Mitchell not only responded almost immediately, he was very polite and flexible. I would love to stay here again when I come back.

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

We had a last minute need for a place that could accommodate us, our friends who were in town, and our baby! Robert's place did the trick and was very comfortable and lovely. Wish we had gotten to use the back patio more!

Steven is a fantastic host! We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful area very much! We even hiked with goats at sunset one day and what a treat! A great adventure and beautiful weather all week!!

Our stay at Jonathan's place was great. Unit was clean and AC is available. We had an issue with the front door lock. Accidentally, we locked ourselves out. I got a little worried amd anxious because we had our 4 yeard old daughter but Jonathan was super responsive and came to the rescue no more than 30min later. Overall it was a great stay. Super quiet at night.

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

Really love this location. Right across the street from Sail Bay for morning and evening walks or bike rides, as well as easy access to shopping and restaurants in Pacific Beach. Close to all the access points to go north up the coast or into downtown San Diego. Hosts very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Accommodations neat and tidy and well stocked with all amenities needed. Have stayed here twice and it will continue to be our "go to" when we come to town.

The furnishings in Aaron's place seemed almost new. The set up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great for us. One bathroom is accessed from the living room and the other is off the second bedroom. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Aaron!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Chris’ place! He was incredibly thoughtful and checked in to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable, which made all the difference. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and just as described. The decor was stunning and every little detail was perfectly designed for convenience. Our favorite part was definitely the sauna, a perfect way to unwind. The pool was also incredible, we wished we had more time to enjoy it. Overall, everything was great. Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed!

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

Melinda and her home are somehow even more wonderful than the listing. The photos truly do not do it justice; the house is absolutely gorgeous, has an amazing view and a wonderful environment. Melinda is incredibly responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond for her guests. She allowed our group to host a small rehearsal dinner at her home and she made our night magical. We couldn’t recommend staying here any more!

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

This beautiful house is exactly as described. Carrie and Greg are great hosts: welcoming, communicative and very responsive. We had minor questions when we first checked in, and they were all addressed on the spot. The views were superb and might still improve in the Spring/Summer when the vineyard, in the front of the house, comes alive. Restaurants and shopping areas within 15-20 minutes The house is fully equipped and has everything one would need for an extended stay. We did not use the hot tub or the BBQ grill, but they were there for our enjoyment. Carlsbad is about 30 minutes from the house and it's full of good restaurants, shops and cafes. Thank you Carrie and Greg for being such great hosts.

We had an incredible stay at the avocado farm! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. It provided the perfect environment for our family to unwind and make lasting memories. We loved being able to cook meals together, play games, and even enjoy movie nights in the home theater. The privacy was unbeatable—having our own space to relax and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets was a real highlight. The location was ideal, with just a 20-minute drive to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. We also made great use of the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with everything you need for a fun and restful stay!

Our family and friends had a fantastic time over the New Year holiday at The Villa in Fallbrook, hosted by Simon and Jodi. It was so nice to see a welcome ceramic plate with my name by the entry door. A well equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable furnishings, and a breathtaking views to top it all off.
