Monthly Rentals in Emery Down

The cottage was great and it was so helpful to be equipped with baby items so we could bring less with us. Good location to explore the new forest and bicyle hire, cafes, bakeries, pubs and shops all within walking distance. Bedrooms were lovely and the bedding felt luxurious in the main bedroom. We had a great stay!

This place was in such a nice area. There's a walk to a pub right outside the house and anything else is just a 10 minute drive away at most. Liz was a great host and told us everything we needed to know and made us feel right at home. We had a lovely time. Thanks Liz.

Great place to stay, we came with 2 small children and enjoyed spending time in the gardens in the sunshine, a nice walk to the local pub (2min down the road) and heading into town to enjoy the local area. Loads to do nearby but we were happy to have a very chill long weekend. House has everything you could need, especially for small children.

The Perch is a delightful apartment, fully equipped with all you need for a restful stay, very clean and furnished to a high spec. It is very central with lots of independent restaurants and tearooms catering for all tastes. Louise and her husband Richard were wonderful hosts. We had an unexpected issue with the shower and they moved heaven and earth to fix the problem. This was our first visit to Lyndhurst and The Perch but it will certainly not be our last.
