Alison’s home was absolutely perfect for when I was visiting my boys who go to Pace University. It is within walking distance to Pace, the Metro North train station, the town, restaurants and supermarket. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. It was a pleasure to meet Alison who was super friendly. She went over everything that I needed to know about the apartment and area when I arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything that I needed to make all of my meals and the bed was super comfy. The entire place was impeccably clean and had more than enough closet and drawer space to put away all of my belongings. Loved the private entrance and onsite parking. I will reserve this Airbnb again on my next visit. Thank you for a great stay!

We had the best 4 nights at Allison’s beautiful cozy apartment, so peaceful it really feels like we were at home, we definitely would come back to her place, my husband and I we were admiring about how beautiful the little town of tappan is with easy access to go visit nyc, all we want to said thank you Allison so much for having us!!

The space is very efficiently used. The bed is comfortable and warm. Heaters allowed for quick warmup when first entering. For K-Cup users, the machine at the time of our stay was a 5-injector model. What a nice surprise, to have the best cup possible in the morning! One caveat: since the space is on the bottom floor and set into a hillside, there was no cell phone coverage for my AT&T iPhone. It was confusing until I realized it was sending and receiving the previous day's texts when I left in the morning.

This is a lovely - and fun! - house renovation. Elinisa and her partner have created a beautiful aesthetic with gleaming wood floors, MCM furnishings, a gorgeous white kitchen, and two great bathrooms - one in dramatic matte-black marble tile! The addition of a “halo light” mirror in that bathroom, as well as a lighted vanity in the master bedroom, are welcome features. Thank you to our hosts for a restorative stay!
