Monthly Rentals in Elmhurst

We had a lovely stay at Cathy’s. It’s a really homely and thoughtfully decorated place. Very comfortable and clean. We had dinner at one of the pubs Cathy recommended too and had a great meal.

A really beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. We had a weekend in Lichfield which is a lovely city, and the apartment is right in the centre, next to the cathedral and the park. The property is well equipped, loads of kitchen equipment etc, and very stylishly decorated. We were very comfy there and would highly recommend - we will be coming back for sure! .The only comment I would make would be about the noise outside from the bars at kicking out time because the apartment is so central. It was very loud - not a problem for us as we were still up but it would definitely disturb some. The hosts were super responsive and helpful - we had their numbers and they helped with any queries we had straightaway. Thank you very much for a lovely weekend!

Comfortable and convenient This worked really well for us as two friends meeting up in a central location. Katerina was a helpful host, and there's lots of useful info in the flat on the local area. It might be a bit of a squeeze for two couples, but ideal for us, or for a small family. The location is great - just opposite the supermarket, and about 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The car parking space was very useful. The flat is very thoughtfully equipped - though we didn't eat in except for breakfast, there was plenty of crockery etc. It was very clean. Having the bedrooms at either end also worked well (and it was a bonus that the loo is outside the bathroom too!). I slightly panicked using the key box first time, but once I'd worked that out it was fine. Thanks for a very good stay (we've both been recommending Lichfield to everyone we meet!).

Lovely place to stay, especially if you are thinking of visiting the National Memorial Arboretum. 30 minutes walk along the canal to a very nice pub, The Swan at Fradley junction. Hosts were extremely helpful and gave clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.
