A cosy & very peaceful cottage. Super comfortable bed, fabulous shower! Everything so clean. Safe space for our dog to run around outside.

We had a lovely stay Lyth Cottage, would have liked to stay longer than 2 nights. we would definitely recommend it & hopefully return soon.

The Old Pantry is very welcoming and easy to find. The hosts are friendly, helpful and responds almost immediately to a question by text. The accommodation is clean and tidy and snug. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom and bed had crisp clean linen. I wasn’t there as a tourist I just needed a peaceful base and that is exactly what I got. I have really enjoyed my stay and I recommend The Old Pantry wholeheartedly.

A quite place in walking distance of the beautiful Mere lake. Adrian's property is lovely and clean with easy access. Although, you may have read other reviews mentioning the entrance is tight for some cars, you do need a car small enough to get through a tight brick archway. We have a Skoda Karoq which fits through if you turn in the wing mirrors. The entrance widens once you get through the first bit. Don't let it put you off booking as you can park on the road if you really need to. Just a note about the wifi. If you want to stream TV upstairs, I advise you take the Vodaphone dongle from the back of the TV downstair and plug it in upstairs nearer the TV. During our stay the signal was took weak to watch without it freezing but I'm sure that's fixed that by now. I was surprised to see the property was so clean considering they allow dogs. We chose to take our dog with us on this occasion but if you're not pet owner the property is lovely and clean. All in all we had a lovely stay.
