Perfectly maintained and a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. The heated jacuzzi is also awesome — it’s perfectly functional, warm, and incredibly relaxing, making it a true standout feature of the property. The location is superb — just a few minutes’ drive to the most amazing beach in the USA! It’s the perfect base for exploring and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Kayla was a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. She provided helpful local tips and made us feel right at home. We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Ben was very responsive when I asked about if there was a speaker we could use and he dropped one off at the front door within minutes. Great location and price was reasonable. We would Definately stay again!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

great property but could use a smidge of TLC on some of the amenities. bocce ball box was very weathered and broke when we picked it up from the accessories areas. Unfortunately, the gas grill, jacuzzi, and BBQ were not usuable during our stay due to a gas line issue. Obviously, it was beyond their control but definitely a bummer because we planned our dinner around using it. the service was fantastic and our family really enjoyed the guesthouse and grounds. we'll return again if in the area!

Robert and Roberta are excellent hosts! They are very attentive and friendly. This is our third year to stay there and they feel like family. Invited us to go to church with them Easter Sunday and even had us over for Easter dinner! Their place is conveniently located near restaurants, the beach, shopping. But, for the days we just wanted to chill and relax by the pool, it was fabulous! We had the pool all to ourselves( just like you are in your own backyard). We enjoyed breakfast on our private deck and grilling our food for dinner. It was a great home away from home! Plenty of towels and very clean. We definitely will be back.

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here! The house was super clean and very well stocked. The pool was very clean and a quiet area back there to relax and enjoy. They had more than enough pool/beach towels and chairs. We loved the location and walkable to beach or a 5 minute drive! The owners are very thorough with directions and information and although we never needed anything, I know they would respond within minutes! Thank you for the warm, spring break at your place! We would definitely stay here again 😎

What a treasure. Everything was so clean & inviting. We have stayed at the Mermaid 2 x's when we had a larger group & this time it was us 2 our 2 furbabies. We absolutely loved the Dolphin layout. So cozy & peaceful. Liz is a such a caring fun host. We loved sitting outside of the bungalow in the mornings having our coffee & headed to Liz's private beach area during the day. We even got to watch new palm trees being planted since the hurricane damage the old ones. Aslo met nice ppl & their furbabies. We absolutely love Liz & her gorgeous establishment. Thanks Liz. See you & your furbabies next year.

This cozy and well-equipped bungalow, just steps from a clean and peaceful beach, was perfect for four guests. It featured new appliances, bedding, and beach gear, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were great, and we would love to return.

Home was decorated lovely and had a relaxing outdoor space. We enjoyed the proximity to Clam Bayou and many a leisurely walks around the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s home. This was our first time coming to AMI since the hurricane. Kathleen was sure to send updated photos of the interior following repairs. There were still some repairs needed on the exterior (various exposed construction and holes in soffits). However this did not significantly impact our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the natural shower gels, shampoo and abundance of sunscreen. There were numerous beach toys as described and the beach wagon came in handy. The space felt a little tight with two families (with somewhat older children) but would be perfect for young kids given the quantity of toys and activities. We had an issue with the interior locks at one point but this was handled well by the host. Overall we had a nice experience. Thank you!

Quick and easy to get to! We used the pool a lot, would highly recommend staying here. Quiet area and within a 1/2 hour of the beach! We’ll be back next year!

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. The house provided plenty of room for our family of six adults and two kids. There are several nice features in the home including multiple deck spaces to relax in and a large pool and hot tub. The house was very well equipped and organized. Also, the location was away from traffic noise and advantageously situated on the north end of the Key avoiding the heavy traffic that occurs on the south end. Better advanced communication and more prompt responses to a few issues we discovered upon arrival would have made the experience more enjoyable. In the course of our month long stay we were able to address most of the issues and the host accommodated our concerns. We are planning on staying again next year.

It met all expectations. Represented well by host. Near beaches, shopping restaurants . Great private backyard and tastefully decorated. Beach umbrella, chairs and towels provided. Host very responsive. Great heated pool.
