Places to stay in Elkins

I've stayed at quite a few cabins the last ten years or so and this one was by far the most scenic. It's located atop a hill, feels very private. Love the little chicken and goat farm at the bottom. We saw a lot of deer passing through the property all day. Wild turkeys. We're birders from Ohio and got to appreciate the many different species from the front porch. You can see the mountain range from the kitchen table. Plenty of towels provided, full size fridge and freezer, large yard. Basketball court, and so forth. Two and a half bath, two full size beds and a bunk bed. Two couches. There's no lack of room. Had an issue with the hot tub but Patrick was quick to help me resolve it and was able to enjoy it on our trip. Looking forward to returning if it's available next time.

Ruth’s place was a great getaway! Loved the way it was decorated, and it had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. We came to the area for some hiking at Blackwater Falls State Park, and it was a super easy drive into the park from the AirBnb. Lots of local things to do nearby, as well!

A snug, smartly appointed place - everything new and modern - that held 3 teenage boys, 2 dogs and myself. Easy walk to Thomas Main Street and Blackwater Canyon trail head. Owners spent a good amount of time helping get my dead car battery replaced after all stores and garages were closed.

Campground was overall very pleasant and clean. The cabin was extremely clean and tidy and the hosts were extremely helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even listed local events for the holiday that were going on, with times and everything. There was a lot of snow expected overnight and offered services incase anything happened. The grounds keepers were very quick to get to work keeping the roads clear and salting our walkways. The location is great there's a beautiful stream that runs right through and lots of different camping options on the grounds. We 100% plan on coming back and even make visiting this location a regular thing! Highly recommend!!

Jared was a great, responsive host. The loft was a very comfortable stay for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend to others, and consider coming back in the future.

I really enjoyed Alison’s Airbnb! Everything was nice and clean and it had all the amenities you could possibly want. It’s walking distance to several restaurants in Davis and is a short drive to Thomas which is another nice quaint town. I stayed during mud season so there wasn’t as many restaurants and shops that were open or they closed early but it was still nice. I definitely want to return in the summer and fall!

Not sure if you can add small Tv. Unit was very clean. I liked being just above Milo’s
