Waterfront vacation rentals in Elba

We had a great time in Cavo! The beach was close by and there’re a lot of restaurants around. Very walkable little village. No need for a car if you stay there.

We stayed in Luca's apartment for a week in August 2023. Luca was immediately available by providing us with plenty of information about restaurants, places, and beaches to visit. Available and very reliable also for check-in, we arrived early in the morning at Ghiaie and as soon as it was available the apartment gave it to us (before the agreed time). The apartment enjoys a wonderful view but above all an excellent position to visit all the beaches of the coast from Ghiaie to Sottobomba, with a few minutes walk. We are really satisfied with our choice and if we ever go back to Elba we will know who to turn to. Happy hosting! Light

We stayed 9 days in Sabrinas wonderful apartment and felt like home. Everything was like in the description. It is very close to the restaurants, the harbour and the cultural life of Porto Azzurro. Like mentioned in the other comments it may take a 10min walk to find a parking space for free (like in most big cities) or some luck. :-) Sabrina and Tiziana are very kind persons, who made our stay very relaxed. Since this was our first stay on Elba, we would appreciate coming back here again. *clear recommondation*

We really enjoyed our time in Federico‘s nice apartment. The terrace and the view is wonderful. It is just a minute to the nice beach and 10 minutes to the city center. Highly recommended. There is just a little communication overhead due to the third party broker bookiply.

Unique house, we enjoyed our stay very much. House is old but very well designed. The terrace overlooking the sea and the cozy table under the pergola is fantastic. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Maura' place and enjoyed it very much. On our arrival we where greeted by Mr. Gianni, who explained us everything, his english was ok and he used his phone to translate, which was fun. All instructions where clear and he showed us the beautiful apartment and explained the recycling of the trash. Parking was located in the building, but a bit small, but we managed to park our SUV with some corrections, so no problem. Having a parking space is very convenient, because the area (around the harbour) does not provide free parking and if you are visiting in high season, parking can be very challenging. We enjoyed to sit on the balcony to see the boats crossing the bay and see the beautiful sunsets. The area of Porto Azzurro is very nice with a lot of restaurants and shops to choose. If you want to cook yourselves a meal in the kitchen, you find everything. The dishwasher was small, so we have to use it more often (not a big problem).

Beautiful, large apartment right beside the harbour of Marciana Marina. We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome by our host. Hope to come back one day!

Beautiful, spacious place with priceless sea views. Very close to the village and the beaches. We were with a 4 month old baby and we had a great time. Absolutely recommended for a vacation in great relaxation

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Superbly equipped villa with terrace and great sea views, as well as direct access via stairs to the sea. We felt very comfortable and immediately at home. Paola and Giulio are warm and knowledgeable hosts! They speak German, English and French , are always available, humorous and charming. Simone, her son will provide the right place on the clean beach. See you soon!

We had a great time in Paolo's house. The location is absolutely fantastic and Paolo is very friendly and was super quick to respond to messages. Especially the sunset is spectacular from the property.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

We had a very nice time in the very well furnished apartment. The location is stunning, right by the sea/stand and if you get up early enough you enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Letizia was always available and provided immediate relief if needed. Thank you

The photos don't make it, the house is beautiful and in a crazy location! Alessandra was very kind and helpful and Andrea was kind, helpful and friendly on the spot. Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front. Valeria’s apartment is amazing! It has everything you need to feel at home. The terrace with the marina was my favorite you could also people watch. The main plaza and restaurants are all walkable. I was with friends at this apartment literally a stone's throw from the sea. The village, despite being small, has all the amenities (convenience stores, restaurants, bars...). The house is completely renovated and above all clean. I highly recommend it.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

Accommodation in a great location to reach the sea and the center of the village. Inside there are all the necessary amenities. Extremely comfortable indoor parking. Serena was very nice and approachable.

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo

Silvia's apartment in the heart of the old town of Porto Azzurro more than met our expectations. The apartment is centrally located and traffic-calmed, but you can park and unload briefly in front of the house. You have many great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is beautifully renovated and furnished. It is bright, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, is very, very clean and has everything ready for a good stay. There is a washing machine available, which was very helpful to us. Communication with Silvia was very warm, proactive and there is also a lot of useful information on an info board in the apartment. From our perspective, there was absolutely nothing that was not great about this apartment and we would come back any time. Thank you, dear Silvia!

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.
