La casa è assolutamente esclusiva per posizione e varietà di spazi privati a disposizione, ha infatti due terrazze e uno spazioso giardino dotato di parcheggio. La posizione è davvero privilegiata, in contesto residenziale verde e silenzioso a nemmeno 100mt dalla spiaggia a 2 minuti a piedi.
