Beautiful and private villa

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have designed a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will also find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were usually outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We really enjoyed the week in Patresi!

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the nice stay!

Barbara is a very nice and good host. The island is highly recommended, green and clean. The apartment is centrally located and meets expectations. A great vacation, will come back anytime.

We had a great stay. Due to the fact that the house is located in a complex, you can use the various facilities (swimming pools, private beach ...) on the other hand, you have less private because the cottages are all built close to each other. Beautiful surroundings for mountain biking and hiking.

We stayed in 4 with children aged 9 and 12 in the second week of July 2024. The apartment is spacious and well maintained with private parking space. It has two terraces that offer a wonderful view, pleasant and usable even during the day. It is equipped with almost everything (it lacks a dishwasher and the oven is not working but not bad). The apartment is located in a very well maintained and pleasant complex to walk around and is very quiet. It has practically no sandy beaches (there is not a small pebble) but offers points on the rock one more beautiful than the other with fairly simple water entrance in the high water, these can be reached with 5 mini walk. The pools are very nice, especially the savory one and in both there are bars. Nearby by car in 10 minutes you can reach Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need. Cristina was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

Cozy and very pleasant apartment in a great complex. The apartment fully corresponds in the amenities to the pictures, the kitchen is very small but we cooked in it a few times. It was even possible to receive a baby cot and a high chair on request. Communication with Gianna was excellent, very nice communication. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

Very warm welcome by the owners, friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully situated with open views over the bay. Don't expect busy boulevards full of restaurants: it's quiet, there is 1 restaurant in the hotel next door (breakfast can also be enjoyed there) and downstairs the house is a small shop with ice creams and snacks. There is no main road so you hardly hear any traffic. Beach cots can be rented for a small fee. We had a lovely holiday and warmly recommend this home.

Highly recommended!! Wonderful house with a very well-kept outdoor space, a wonder for moments of relaxation and dinners, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Really, everything is taken care in the smallest of details. Andrea the Host is available and attentive to all guest needs. We had a truly 5 star stay!!

We enjoyed the week at the accommodation very much. It was very quiet. The natural beach is 10 seconds away and invites you to relax and also water sports. Luigi was always approachable and friendly. He also came up to us proactively yet restrained. The place was very very clean and the cafe or restaurant next door, was always friendly and a welcome change. The kitchen is not fully equipped, but completely sufficient for the necessary holiday cooking. important to add. in the accommodation there are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach chairs and also boats to use.

Great house equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen is very well appointed. A large garden where the kids can play, plenty of play and beach stuff and the proximity to the sea, a very quiet stretch of beach, are absolute plus points! Also smooth communication. Absolutely recommended and we will be happy to come back!

The location is superb and the condo very comfortable. One can fall asleep in the (quite comfortable) bed with nothing to hear with the exception of the waves hitting the sandy beach. Kitchen is well equipped and even has a Nespresso machine for a real espresso. Dinner on the patio at sunset is simply put “spectacular” 🤩 The only downside has nothing to do with the house or the responsiveness of the hostess (which was amazing) but it has to do with the very narrow road that gets you from the main road to the house (and the beach). However, the stress of driving is well counter-balanced by the beauty of the location, once inside the house. Overall, 5 easy and well-deserved stars. The only “sad” day of the vacation was when we had to leave. Looking forward to going back.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful apartment with the breathtaking view of the sea and green hills. Boris and his family are extremely welcoming and provided help with anything we needed underway. We would love to come back!

the house is perfect for a family of 3/4 people, fenced garden and veranda and ample space for dogs. We had a great time and Arianna (her delightful family)was perfect, always in advance of all our requests or needs. We hope to see you again soon! Out of the confusion but there is everything! Small but enchanting beach, it is a two-minute walk from Arianna's place. Thank you for everything.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.
