We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have designed a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will also find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were usually outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We really enjoyed the week in Patresi!

The location in Porto Azzuro was great. Especially to do something in the evening or to eat out. All within 5 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and the apartment is very spacious. At the window you could sit in the sun in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle in the alley.

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

Simple house, but it has everything you need. Large terrace for lunches and dinners overlooking the sea. Convenient location to walk down to two beautiful beaches. Perfect for anyone who wants to be immersed in the silence of nature. Very responsive, friendly and flexible hosts. P.S.: Very well-stocked kitchen, but if you need the scale you should bring it!

We had a great stay. Due to the fact that the house is located in a complex, you can use the various facilities (swimming pools, private beach ...) on the other hand, you have less private because the cottages are all built close to each other. Beautiful surroundings for mountain biking and hiking.

We had a great time in Cavo! The beach was close by and there’re a lot of restaurants around. Very walkable little village. No need for a car if you stay there.

We stayed in 4 with children aged 9 and 12 in the second week of July 2024. The apartment is spacious and well maintained with private parking space. It has two terraces that offer a wonderful view, pleasant and usable even during the day. It is equipped with almost everything (it lacks a dishwasher and the oven is not working but not bad). The apartment is located in a very well maintained and pleasant complex to walk around and is very quiet. It has practically no sandy beaches (there is not a small pebble) but offers points on the rock one more beautiful than the other with fairly simple water entrance in the high water, these can be reached with 5 mini walk. The pools are very nice, especially the savory one and in both there are bars. Nearby by car in 10 minutes you can reach Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need. Cristina was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

Cozy and very pleasant apartment in a great complex. The apartment fully corresponds in the amenities to the pictures, the kitchen is very small but we cooked in it a few times. It was even possible to receive a baby cot and a high chair on request. Communication with Gianna was excellent, very nice communication. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Great stay, perfect functional and clean house in a great location, peaceful and peaceful. Large convivial spaces both outdoors and indoors and useful and private parking. Possibility of a barbecue that works great. Andrea is punctual, kind and thoughtful. Overall a very good experience.

Very warm welcome by the owners, friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully situated with open views over the bay. Don't expect busy boulevards full of restaurants: it's quiet, there is 1 restaurant in the hotel next door (breakfast can also be enjoyed there) and downstairs the house is a small shop with ice creams and snacks. There is no main road so you hardly hear any traffic. Beach cots can be rented for a small fee. We had a lovely holiday and warmly recommend this home.

We enjoyed the week at the accommodation very much. It was very quiet. The natural beach is 10 seconds away and invites you to relax and also water sports. Luigi was always approachable and friendly. He also came up to us proactively yet restrained. The place was very very clean and the cafe or restaurant next door, was always friendly and a welcome change. The kitchen is not fully equipped, but completely sufficient for the necessary holiday cooking. important to add. in the accommodation there are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach chairs and also boats to use.

Great house equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen is very well appointed. A large garden where the kids can play, plenty of play and beach stuff and the proximity to the sea, a very quiet stretch of beach, are absolute plus points! Also smooth communication. Absolutely recommended and we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful 7 days at Monica and Marco's house! It was really great and we enjoyed every day. The house is super nice with a great location and really invites you to relax. Monica was a great host and gave us cool tips for Elba. Also the beach below the house is wonderful. We can really recommend this place!!!

The location is superb and the condo very comfortable. One can fall asleep in the (quite comfortable) bed with nothing to hear with the exception of the waves hitting the sandy beach. Kitchen is well equipped and even has a Nespresso machine for a real espresso. Dinner on the patio at sunset is simply put “spectacular” 🤩 The only downside has nothing to do with the house or the responsiveness of the hostess (which was amazing) but it has to do with the very narrow road that gets you from the main road to the house (and the beach). However, the stress of driving is well counter-balanced by the beauty of the location, once inside the house. Overall, 5 easy and well-deserved stars. The only “sad” day of the vacation was when we had to leave. Looking forward to going back.

Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front.
