Monthly Rentals in El Yunque

It was an excellent stay. Migdalia and Jimmy are perfect hosts,they help organize many local trips and cooked delicious breakfast. The room was perfect with huge balcony/big windows and spectacular view. Would definitely return in the future. Thanks and many thanks as well to Jorge Luis, he was our guide trough beautiful lakes and mountains. I hope to see you all again. It was amazing experience.

Ines and Yadier, greeted us warmly. The accommodation is tip top clean and even if the electricity goes out, you can ventilate very well in this apartment by opening the windows. The hammock is a plus and you can walk to everything. Breakfast cost 6 EUR. On the day of departure, there was even a coffee at 6 o'clock in the morning. Note: Taxi prices are outrageous. Best way is to take the bus from Havantur. Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 3pm from Santiago and 6am from Baracoa in the morning. $15 or EUR. Yadier has shown us all the possibilities of what to do in the area. He got us a very nice driver (Serjo) and we drove to the Yumuri Delta (incl. Coffee plantation, river hike, lunch and beach visit). We were traveling from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm and paid about 30 EUR plus tip. Guide and food paid extra. But all reasonable prices. We would come back any time.

Beautiful location and the host is very helpful in everything! Super tasty food, Carlos is a super cook!!! And all this with super nice views and a smile. You will be sleeping in a cottage, including air conditioning, on a piece of paradise on earth. “Private” beach at the door and everything is relax.. Carlos and his family are huge sweet people and take care of you perfectly. Enjoy the best Mojito from the hand of Carlos! If you want to choose a stay in Baracoa, choose Carlos and not in the center of Baracoa, downtown you can visit, but staying with Carlos gives a lasting memory of paradise on earth!
