Monthly Rentals in El Romaní

Juan Antonio is the kindest host we've experienced! He picked up our family from the local train station and drove us to the apartment. He was very responsive, gave suggestions, and truly so kind. The location is perfect, just a block from the beautiful beach and promenade. You can easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The apartment worked great for our family of 4. We would love to return!

I loved my one month stay at Jorge's beautiful 'loft'. Both Jorge and his wife are kind and attentive. The 'loft' is situated in a quiet building with an elevator and has everything you would need for a long term stay. It is well thought out and is exactly as shown in the photos...new, bright and spotlessly clean. I found the bed super comfortable and always slept well. The shower was amazing and the hot water plentiful. The enclosed balcony felt like an additional room. I enjoyed eating my meals out there. From the property you can easily walk to both the beach and to the famous City of Arts & Sciences. Supermarkets are also a short walk away. It is close to many major bus routes, several of which travel to the historic city centre. The closest Metro is a 10 minute walk away which takes you directly to the Airport. As a solo female traveler in my early 70's I highly recommend this property.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Lovely Rosa, very friendly upon arrival. Five minutes from the basics and close to the freeway For my travel needs it has been great.

The apartment is very cozy, the views are very nice. Very quiet the environment but at the same time 5m crossing the pedestrian pedestrian village of Perelló typical Valenciano. Noe is very attentive in all kinds of details for a stay and comfort. When you get detail for the full breakfast, bottle of water and some beers in the refrigerator. I recommend it and of course we will be back.
