Monthly Rentals in El Monte

It was super clean, spacious, and private. I felt at home. Only thing I would probably suggest is putting an anti-slip shower/bath mat since it is slippery and my child did fall twice in the shower.

Second time staying. Nice space. Good lighting and appreciated the dedicated workspace. Host is nice and responsive. Neighborhood is quiet. No issues.

I had a wonderful stay here with my partner. The studio was cozy and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. While we didn’t use the coffee maker, it was available, along with a stove burner and a few dishes for convenience. The fridge was a great addition as well. The location was perfect—close to everything in the LA area. Jacky, our host, was also very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Rex’s place was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood to walk in. I would definitely stay again.
