Monthly Rentals in El Moncayo

I spent 1 month at Cristian's place. I liked it very much and wanted to book for next year but unfortunately the apartment is already occupied. It is a very quiet area (September). I had the pool almost to myself, in 10 minutes I was at the beautiful beach. Be careful with the strong waves. I was alone and I had a folding bike so whether to La Mata or Quesada and Guardamar was no problem a car is already an advantage, (shopping)in Urbanisation are no shops only a restaurant/ bar I was mostly in Guardamar shopping at Mercadona. You can also take the bus. The place itself, clean It needed some work here and there, but for me absolutely no problem and no reason to complain. I really enjoyed it. Thanks 🤩

Luxury apartment in a lovely quiet complex. the perfect place to relax and recharge. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need for a week away. Huge sun terrace and a large balcony so spoilt for choice regarding outside space. Only a minute walk to the pool and only a 5 minute drive to one of the most beautiful stretch of beaches in Spain. What's not to like!! Thank you for a great stay

Excellent pet-friendly accommodation. It has everything and more. Super equipped and complete in every room. Ideal for resting and enjoying the beach and going to downtown Alicante to explore. You have supermarkets and shopping malls just a few kilometers away with a wide variety of stores. We had an amazing time at your house, Sebastian.
