Beautiful space with a panoramic view of the water, we had a lovely time, was close to everything we needed, the WiFi could be better, but it was a great stay.

Great location, James always on hand to answer, right beside my daughters Uni accommodation so was easy to visit, parking option was really good. Nice clean apartment would stay again if back in Edinburgh. 😁

We had a great stay at Angie's place. Everything was just what we needed. Helpful, friendly advice made it everything easy. Super views and a perfect location for exploring the area plus close to bus/train connections.

Comfortable stay at Kathy's place, with all the amenities, and spacious for 5 people. Check-in..although little complicated, was smooth and Kathy helped throught the check-in process. Also, stuff like coffee, cookies helped us after we checked-in. Will definitely recommend the same place to others. Note: Stringent rules like "asking to leave suitcase in hallway next to the main door and avoiding the wheels of the suitcase marking the floor" make no sense in today's day and age. With 5 people carrying 5 suitcases, it's never possible to keep all the suitcases in hallway and taking stuff out everytime to respective rooms. Sorry, even if this is a requirement, there is a need to specify this explicitly in Room rules during booking, so that guests can take decision on booking accordingly.

Emily's flat was perfect for a few days in Edinburgh and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, great shower and a lovely kitchen. It's the perfect spot for visiting the city, a 3 minute walk to the tram, which takes 15 minutes to the city centre (we walked one day and it was only 40 minutes). Emily gave us loads of recommendations for places to eat and they were all brilliant. Brunch, dinner, coffee, cocktails, you're spoiled for choice in Leith. Emily is a proactive, responsive and really helpful host and I would definitely look to stay again the next time I visit Edinburgh.

Really beautiful location and so handy having parking. Unfortunately the cleaners hadn't done a proper job before we arrived, but Denise quickly got this seen to. Would recommend for an Edinburgh stay.

Amazing little cottage, immaculately decorated and spotlessly cleaned, with everything thought out and had everything we needed for our stay. Location is great, bus services into town are very regular and we found them very easy to use. Cant wait to return sometime! Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit Edinburgh

We had a truly lovely stay at the Cottage! The place had everything we needed and more; beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, and incredibly well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden looked absolutely stunning, it was such a shame we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it properly due to the weather. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beach and beautiful walks, ideal for taking the dogs and kids out first thing in the morning. One of the real highlights for us was the bed, honestly, it might be the most comfortable one we’ve ever slept in! All the information provided was super clear, and both Jane and Joyce were incredibly quick and helpful in responding to any questions we had. We truly loved the place – it made our visit feel extra special.

Mary was a wonderful host. It is a tricky spot to find as phone signal drops out and we made the mistake of coming through in the dark! Nevertheless Mary stood outside in the cold to guide us in, which was so kind and helpful. Beautiful grounds, perfect for relaxing. Cosy house which is very well equipped, very much a home from home feel.

Second time staying here as it’s perfect for a family of four. My children love watching the planes and trains from the living room and have lots of space to play, and enjoyed exploring the garden. The house is very comfortable and cosy and the kitchen is well equipped. Definitely need a car to stay here as it’s a long way from any public transport but it was a great base for visiting Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

My family had an absolutely amazing long weekend at Charles’ home. Kenneth supported a very smooth check-in and was super friendly and responsive. I really appreciated that the hosts were very responsive and also transparent about the feasibility of staying in their home with a baby. The home itself was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful kitchen, and was very peaceful to relax while watching the river flow by. We will be back!

Our stay was just the best. The location was beautiful, peaceful and quiet with its own loch and kayaks which the children loved. It was also close by to local amenities and many places to visit nearby. The house was so spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and Theresa had very kindly left us some groceries, a very welcome addition. Pets were also welcomed and it was a great place for dogs to run around in. We would not hesitate to recommend Theresa’s house as it had everything and more that we were looking for.

A lovely little cottage to enjoy the beautiful North Queensferry. The house is beautifully presented and really feels homely and welcoming. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathroom was spotless. Will definitely be staying here again!

What a wonderful place! Exactly as advertised and more. Calum and Karen were very responsive and gracious. Always helpful with recommendations. It was a family trip so we did a lot of touring. After a long day of activities, it was always great to come back to this beautiful home . . . and the views are spectacular.

We absolutely loved Alex’s home…there was 6 of us travelling together and the house was the perfect size… the house was comfy, beautiful surroundings…friendly locals…beautiful beach just a 2 min walk away…very clean home in quiet neighbourhood

Anita's place is beautifully decorated and it felt like we were living in the real Edinburgh. The kitchen has everything one could ask for and we ended up cooking many of our meals at the flat. There are small touches of a thoughtful person like leaving a jar of cookies and other small gestures - very warm, artistic and homely. I particularly liked the bee motif running as a theme through the apartment. We also tried eateries-Cafe Milk and one or two of the sea side pubs around. Cafe Milk is a 5 min w in the Edinburgh Sculpture centre and a very interesting crowd seems to visit there. The bars overlook the sea and serve great food. Go in early though, as places stop serving food later in the evening. Transportation to the flat was easy, and we took the buses to town. It is a 20 minute bus ride to Princes Street. Most importantly Anita was super responsive and helpful and this made our stay extra special. I highly recommend the place and I hope we get a chance to live there again soon

Maria's place exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pristine and cozy getaway. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how immaculate and well-kept everything was. The cleanliness was top-notch, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The coziness of this place was truly exceptional. The decor was charming and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, Maria was incredibly hospitable and responsive.

Great location, excellent communication. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

Katie was a great host (very responsive and helpful with check-in and check-out). The flat was in a great location, a short walk from the beach. The living room was comfy with nice big windows to let the sunlight in. The bed was nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, as well as some handy pantry items. The parking bay provided with the flat was a plus, making it convenient to get to a supermarket or explore the surrounding area. Overall had a lovely stay.

Julia’s place was very comfortable, great spacious apartment with all amenities. Very quiet and very secure 🙂

What can I say, this property far surpassed our expectations! We were just looking for somewhere to stay whilst visiting family in Edinburgh, but this was a brilliant location and a fabulous apartment. our only regret is that we didn't stay longer, as there was so much more we wanted to do. Great communication from the host and clear instructions, thank you so much, we hope to be back in the future!

Very nice flat with balcony and view overlooking water of Leith. Great location, peaceful surroundings. Included parking was great for day road trips to places around Edinburgh.
