Townhome vacation rentals in Edgewater

Christine's place was very pleasant and we felt very safe there (very important for we girls who stayed there). We came and left the townhouse at all hours due to a very hectic schedule and always felt secure. I would love to stay in this comfortable townhouse again.

We enjoyed our stay at Melody‘s place. It’s very close to the beach and the beds were comfortable, plus, it was nice to have our dog with us. It was clean and overall enjoyable, especially for the price.

We were lucky to find this awesome place when my daughter was 16. We keep coming back every year (and sometimes multiple times per year!) - and we just celebrated her 22nd birthday there! I think that says a lot about how special it is! The house is cozy and beachy and always clean, Monica & Sean are super responsive and friendly, and it’s exactly a few steps to the beach. NSB is a super special town with lots to do, great places to eat, sunrises and sunsets to soak in, the smell of salt in the air, the sound of the waves, the feel of sand between your toes and the beach breeze and waves to dive into. Sometimes you get to see a dolphin or a manatee. Sometimes you find a starfish or turtle nest. We always leave with pockets full of shells and awesome memories. Definitely go here. But leave some dates open for us. 🙃

Can’t beat the location - 1 minute walk to beach, 20 minute walk to restaurants, easy walk to the dog beach. Plenty of room in the townhome. Stocked with all we needed. Nice neighbors. Very quiet neighborhood and really dark at night (for turtles on the beach). We were quite comfortable during our month and a half stay.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!

We were a group of 4 men who needed to confirm our route across Florida in preparation for our arrival in April with a large group of bikers. This home was centrally located within the span from Ormond beach all the way to Disney. Eli was a great host - welcoming us right away and responsive to our questions and needs. The home was very comfortable and allowed us to both gather and recharge in privacy when needed. We loved the look of our dining table set, of the coffee stocked and ready, and the beds were great to settle into at night and get rest. We would highly recommend this home for anyone who needs a place to land in central Florida!

I stay there over a few weeks and the host was always super responsive, always ask if need help or something great host. The places is amazing super clean and the area really peaceful. Definitely recommend.

Our family has been traveling to Mount Dora for years and always stayed Downtown. We were hesitant to stay further away but were looking for more space this year. Tania’s place was the perfect compromise. It was no more than a 3 minute walk to downtown Mount Dora but provided tons of space for our family of 5. The master bedroom was spacious enough for us to use the (provided!!) pack and play and sleep with our baby. The additional 1/2 bathroom downstairs was so convenient. Tania was responsive, flexible and an awesome host. We will return!!

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

This home was the perfect base to enjoy the area beaches, which are spectacular. It was so nice to come back after a day at the beach and cook a nice meal in the spacious kitchen, watch a movie on the big TV and sleep well in the comfy beds. The location is quiet and private. The host is friendly and responsive. Thanks for the beautiful accommodations!!! We will always remember this trip!

This is a wonderful spot. Clean and comfortable, more than enough space for our group. Bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Master bathroom was luxurious. We will be back!

Christina’s home was everything we were looking for. Communication was quick and friendly. The townhome was immaculate and had the necessary equipment, from kitchen stuff to clean linens. There were even plenty of beach chairs and toys for a day on the sand. I would recommend this place to everyone. This is beautiful and neat place to stay! Our family had a wonderful time there! JoAnn is a very thoughtful hostess and she responds quickly every time we need help! Location is great, short distance to the beach. Neighborhood is very nice as well! This lovely cottage has everything you need! Beautiful decoration and very clean bathroom. All bed are very comfortable! Definitely will come back next time and highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! The backyard could use a little bit of work but the location, the townhome, it was clean and perfect for us and our dog. Would absolutely stay again!

The townhouse was charming. The home was immaculate. The beds were super comfortable. We didn't cook there, but the kitchen supplied everything we would have needed to prepare a meal. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again.

Great space and Scott was responsive with a request we made. The house was clean and had games and a couple bikes to use. Unfortunately our stay wasn’t long enough to enjoy all the features.

We loved our stay at Kavitas place. It was spacious, really well decorated, and lots of thoughtful touches making us feel right at home. It feels like more like a home than your typical airbnb. Good kitchen equipment, nice furniture, super clean. We had a initial troubles with the front door lock and heating not working, and Kavita was very gracious and super responsive ensuring everything got sorted. Highly recommend.
