Townhome vacation rentals in Edgewater

Christine's place was very pleasant and we felt very safe there (very important for we girls who stayed there). We came and left the townhouse at all hours due to a very hectic schedule and always felt secure. I would love to stay in this comfortable townhouse again.

We enjoyed our stay at Melody‘s place. It’s very close to the beach and the beds were comfortable, plus, it was nice to have our dog with us. It was clean and overall enjoyable, especially for the price.

We were lucky to find this awesome place when my daughter was 16. We keep coming back every year (and sometimes multiple times per year!) - and we just celebrated her 22nd birthday there! I think that says a lot about how special it is! The house is cozy and beachy and always clean, Monica & Sean are super responsive and friendly, and it’s exactly a few steps to the beach. NSB is a super special town with lots to do, great places to eat, sunrises and sunsets to soak in, the smell of salt in the air, the sound of the waves, the feel of sand between your toes and the beach breeze and waves to dive into. Sometimes you get to see a dolphin or a manatee. Sometimes you find a starfish or turtle nest. We always leave with pockets full of shells and awesome memories. Definitely go here. But leave some dates open for us. 🙃

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and well furnished. The flight of stairs to the first floor and the flight of stairs to the bedrooms were challenging to our knees. Having a garage for our boat and beach stuff was very much appreciated. It was in a lovely location. I recommend getting the annual pass for the dog beach online before going. It is $20. The entrance fee to the beach without a pass is $11. The front and rear porches and front door were inaccessible due to construction and will be for a few more weeks at least.

Quiet, clean, well kept home in an upscale gated community. Spacious rooms make your atay quite comfortable. 5 minutes away from most restaurants as well as retail shopping, and the mall. Troy was easy to communicate with and resolved very minor issue quickly, and, with a smile, was on his way.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!

Nice little spot that was very clean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. This has nothing to do with the host but pay attention to the tide charts! The house is right across the street from the beach but when it is high tide there is not really any beach there.

We enjoyed our 6-week stay at Christine’s townhouse. It felt like home.

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

Absolutely beautiful place!! The house was in the perfect location and a great location for the beach!! The backyard was amazing we loved the fire pit!! Kerrie was a wonderful host and so helpful and very knowledgeable with all my questions!! Would recommend this beautiful place to anyone!!

Initially we were looking for a beachfront but we booked late and couldn’t find anything suitable. Kaisey’s place was within a very short walk to the beach and it looked brand new so we booked. We were very impressed with the quality top to bottom renovation, the cleanliness, the new furnishings throughout, the comfortable beds and cotton linens, the well stocked lovely kitchen with brand new appliances, and the myriad of well thought out amenities. The garage was also very convenient for us as we had golf gear. The only minor drawback was that the townhouse is located on a traffic ridden street - however given all the other benefits this would not deter us from booking again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated condo! Growing up in New Smyrna Beach, this trip was all about reconnecting with family, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo itself is well-maintained, with a great outdoor space and the added convenience of a garage. While the building as a whole could use some maintenance updates, this corner unit is all about location, location, location! One of the best parts of our trip was renting a golf cart from Paradise Power Sports—zipping around the beach, shops, and restaurants made the experience even more fun. It was extra special for us since the condo is right across the street from one of our childhood homes, making us feel right at home again. If you’re in town and The Garlic has a long wait, head over to the Tree House Bar at Norwoods for a great atmosphere and drinks. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated stay in NSB!

The host was great at responding to any questions that we had before and during our stay. She worked quickly to resolve any issues or concerns that we had. The location was great and was within walking distance to the beach. The airbnb was very clean and felt very welcoming.

We had a great stay at Kayla’s! Having the beach just across the street is super convenient, and the home was perfect for us. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and it felt quiet & private despite bordering the road. Would definitely return.

Pics do not do this place any justice. It’s very spacious on the inside! Lovely place and wonderful host. We were looking for something unexpectedly last minute and she quickly had the space available within an hour. Very clean and I loved the layout. Loved the half bath on first floor. Very necessary for traveling with another couple. Can’t say enough. Backyard private area was nice. We will return again!

The condo was spotless and my first Airbnb experience was a 10 out of 10. Taylor was very helpful.

Great house, great location. Located in quiet neighborhood. It's a town home so no one above you, so no noise from above. Great private outdoor space off the living room. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Great king bed in the master. Well furnished and well supplied.

Great space and Scott was responsive with a request we made. The house was clean and had games and a couple bikes to use. Unfortunately our stay wasn’t long enough to enjoy all the features.
