Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Edgewater

It’s an older beach house but was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was prime! Very short walk to the beach, stores and food within walking distance. Pool is nice but we visited in Nov so didn’t get to enjoy it.

Was a great home in a nice quiet location set back away from the busy streets. Very nice home with room to spread out. Great option for us only a short drive to the Daytona Beach area, with plenty of local things to do near-by as well.

Carlos is extremely responsive and accommodating with our requests for hangers and cookwares. The house is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we are in town next time.

James' listing was exactly what my family needed to gather together and celebrate Christmas. We all had our own separate living space and the openness of the kitchen and den area gave us plenty of room to gather together. The pool looked very inviting but the coolness of the season stopped us from plunging in. When we discovered a need for additional towels James was very quick to respond and had towels delivered in short order. Thanks James for a delightful stay.

Good place to stay. Great neighborhood.

This a lovely home, the furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has ample room and necessary appliances. Bathrooms are clean and stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. We would have liked more kitchen towels. Had trouble with the internet but let the host know so hopefully it will be fixes. Overall it is a great place and we all enjoyed our stay. I especially liked that they had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 baths.

This was the perfect place for our needs. The house was clean and plenty of space for us. The 3 full baths were really nice to have. Very walkable with good restaurants in town. I would definitely stay again if we have to come back to the area.

We had a great stay at Nathan’s place. Extremely walkable to canal street, and the home itself was comfortable. Our pups loved having a backyard to romp around. I enjoyed morning coffee on the front swing chair. Would definitely rebook if we are vacationing in NSB!

Chris's place was the perfect stay for the volleyball tournament we were attending.

Location was excellent. We stayed one night to see the Christmas Boats Parade. We discovered we could see the boats from the local bridge a few blocks away instead of waiting for a hour in the downtown crowds.

The House is a great Airbnb. I spent almost two weeks there. Very warm and inviting. Safe neighborhood, walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Corinne was very nice and responsive. Had a couple requests during my stay and they were taken care of very quickly. Was nice chatting with other guests. It is a historic building so there is some older things, but it just adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend.

The location was wonderful. Right on the beach, beautiful neighborhood, and could walk to so many places; including the start line of the half marathon I ran (so convenient). I also loved the turtles in the neighborhood and met some friendly residents in our short 2 days there.

Nejma, was amazing to deal with and her place was in a great location for us with plenty to do and eat in the immediate area and only a couple blocks from the beach with plenty of beach stuff for us to use. Will definitely stay her again when visiting NSB!!!

Excellent location for beach relaxation & restaurant choices. The main reason we stayed here was the proximity to airports and ability to visit the Kennedy Space Center. It is a great location for our needs. Additionally, Lara is a very responsive host with clear directions. The unit was clean and the parking was easy in the garage. The amount of sleeping accommodations and two bathrooms makes this a great option for a group or family.

this was the 2nd time we stayed and would again anytime. love the privacy and it's still near stores ect. Marj is friendly and always makes us feel welcomed .the place is always spotless. one of our favorite places to stay.

The whole process was smooth. It’s a very interesting Airbnb with its art work and decorations “especially for a new couple!” Everything was nice and clean and if we are ever in the area this will be a place we would stay at again. Thank you again to Frank and Nadine!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sharon’s place despite the cold weather we experienced. She was friendly, available, helpful, thoughtful- what a host should be. We will happily come back. Another outstanding thing was the cleanliness and supplies she had available for us. The kitchen was well supplied, there were many necessities in the bathroom, extra towels if needed and even laundry detergent if needed. Thank you Sharon

Great location right on the beach. My son and I enjoyed pool, beach and local eateries. The condo was nice and cozy. Felt like home.

Easy to find. Extremely comfortable bed. Lots of great amenities. Happy to have had a place to stay right on the beach and near friends that live in the area.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

I have stayed at other condos in this facility but this one was the nicest so far. We enjoyed the extra space of the separate bedroom and living room. Having two bathrooms was great. The kitchen is small (like all of the other condos) but is very well set up and clean. Beds were comfy. The hot tub at the facility was a blessing after all day on our feet at the race track! I highly recommend Jeff and Krita's flat!

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

My family and I enjoy 603. Started our day with a cup of coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. Easy walk to Flagler street for shopping and places to eat. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo was clean, very well done and up to date. Close by grocery store for shopping and the kitchen was very useful. Drove to Orlando one day to visit a park and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Note to bring your own beach towels (provided towels are for pool only) and there are daily chair rentals and umbrellas if needed. Hope this review helps to make this place be an easy pick to enjoy New Smyrna beach.
