Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Edgewater

We had a wonderful stay here! Exactly as described, extremely walkable, the courtyard was perfect for our dogs, and Carla was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll be back!

It’s an older beach house but was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was prime! Very short walk to the beach, stores and food within walking distance. Pool is nice but we visited in Nov so didn’t get to enjoy it.

Wonderful people to deal with! We had a lovely trip. The house is located 2 blocks from the beach and one from the river! Coffee and shopping nearby as well as beautiful views of the ocean at sunrise! I recommend anyone that wants a relaxing comfortable place to stay to check this out! Also the sun room is lovely, and the back patio/pool was perfect for our group! Thanks Sandy, we look forward to staying again in the future!

James' listing was exactly what my family needed to gather together and celebrate Christmas. We all had our own separate living space and the openness of the kitchen and den area gave us plenty of room to gather together. The pool looked very inviting but the coolness of the season stopped us from plunging in. When we discovered a need for additional towels James was very quick to respond and had towels delivered in short order. Thanks James for a delightful stay.

Everything is as advertised and much more when we stay at Michele’s place! She is easy to talk to and responds immediately. The house is perfect. Thank you for the hospitality.

This was such a great place to stay! It was very homey and private and we had everything we needed, and it was also walking distance to the downtown area with restaurants and shops. The hosts were extremely accommodating and were very responsive any time I reached out. We had an amazing time here with our dog, and he enjoyed the place (and the back yard) just as much as we did. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Cesar went above and beyond in answering questions and accommodating our changes. The home was better than the pictures, clean and smelled fresh. We had plenty of room go spread out and gave my son a nice break away from campus. The neighborhood was impacted by hurricane Milton a few weeks ago, however the surrounding community did a great job of cleaning up and only evidence we saw was the branches nearly placed curbside for town pick up. Would stay here again on a future visit.

This was my birthday weekend and I must say I was left speechless at how affordable and huge the house was. I enjoyed every bit of the house.

My bf and I attended an event at the addition financial arena and loved this location and cozy home away from home. We hate when we have to leave our golden doodle at home so bringing her with us with no pet fee, clean and dog hair free home, with a private doggy potty area just steps right outside the door was just the cherry on top for us. We’d recommend and stay again for any future events at that arena.

Location was excellent. We stayed one night to see the Christmas Boats Parade. We discovered we could see the boats from the local bridge a few blocks away instead of waiting for a hour in the downtown crowds.

This was the perfect space for a quick overnight. We took our engagement pictures at the Ponce Inlet, went out to eat to the garlic, which was five minutes down the road, and came back and spent the night and woke up in the morning and went home. The outside is absolutely beautiful. The inside is quaint and has a vintage beach house feel to it. I loved it.

Unit is close to everything, right on the beach as described, walkable to Flager Ave. for shopping, great restaurants, and entertainment! Short drive to grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay!

What a great old school Florida apartment! So charmingly decorated. The shower is absolutely amazing! I love all the helpful notes in the house. The kitchen is well stocked. There was a spot right across the street to access the beach. At first glance, the neighborhood can appear sketchy but the apartment is literally across from the Police Station and at one point there was even a cruiser parked next to my car in the parking lot. I loved that it's above a small restaurant. We had burgers, calzone and fried shrimp, later on - Hersheys Ice Cream, and we all were happy with what we got. Prices are great. The street is noisy but it's Daytona Beach, there's always noise. My parents had the window ac to drown out the noise and I played white noise on my phone so we all slept great. I absolutely loved this charming apartment and would gladly stay again! Thanks Bill!

Couldn’t have asked for more❤️. Third visit to New Smyrna Beach and the best condo so far, and the one we will return to. Sharon was quick to respond to any questions. We arrived to a clean, fresh condo fully stocked with anything we might need - and more! We were there for Christmas and Sharon had the condo decorated for the holiday and little touches like holiday chocolates and Christmas card for us. Really, Sharon had everything you could think of! The condo was very clean, not even sand anywhere! I can’t say enough positive, and can’t think of any negative other than lack of sunshine☀️. Great location! You won’t be disappointed!

Great location right on the beach. My son and I enjoyed pool, beach and local eateries. The condo was nice and cozy. Felt like home.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. We were able to walk to the convention center to avoid paying for parking at the convention center. The apartment has ocean views and has a bar/restaurant on the first floor. The apartment was clean and decorated very nicely. The hosts provided easy instructions on how to check in.

This was a perfect getaway with my children. We had a fabulous time. I will be back for sure!

Had a great stay at Danny's place. He was very responsive, accommodating, and clear on instructions -- leaving no questions on my end. The condo was very comfortable and nice. We had several family members staying in different units across the complex and ours was the nicest (albeit the others were not in the same building). It was also really quiet and spacious. I would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful home, our family settled in right away! Very comfortable beds, incredible amenities and the location was excellent! Kitchen supplies to fit any need, lots of puzzles and board games for the kids. Kim was always very responsive to our questions and very helpful.
