House vacation rentals in Edgewater

Our family of 10 stayed here for Thanksgiving to be near other family who live near Denver. The pool was wonderful, heated to over 90 degrees. And the hot tub was great too. There are 3 living areas so lots of rooms to accommodate different activities. The kids especially loved the garage/rec room. We seated 18 (7 kids) at the dining room table for Thanksgiving. This is an older house that has been renovated so the design is not open concept. The bathrooms are small but usable. The kitchen is also small for a crowd. The kitchen could have better quality cookware and utensils. Also it needs more eating utensils. The house was not perfectly clean but I was told the previous guests had not left on time so the cleaner was rushed. I would stay there again because of the good hosts and fun backyard.

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

This house is better than the pictures show. My group of 16 had a great stay. Plenty of space to sleep and relax at. We were really appreciative of the quick responses from the property manager. I did wish the Keurig worked but luckily there was a drip coffee maker.

The house was perfect for our stay in Denver. It was exactly as described in the write-up and it was comfortable for our 2 couples. Jax was responsive to several questions we had and helped by picking up a package that was delivered before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Denver.

We loved it! Felt right at home and is a good location to get around Colorado. We took a day trip to the Rocky Mountains and it was under 2 hours to get over there. Definitely recommend it.

I had a great stay at Peggy’s home. It is lovely, quiet, and a really nice place to unwind. When Peggy found out I had a grandchild who would visit me at the house she offered to bring over a special playset for them to use, and it was perfect! I will definitely stay there again.

You can really tell how good a host is when things go sideways. Had the dining room table fail and Aruwa quickly came to help and offered to pickup a replacement. Sure, it's easy to expect everything to go flawless each time. I prefer a host that steps in on the rare occasion when there's a problem. I'd stay at Aruwa's again.

LISTEN UP!!! A lot of incredible work went into this place!! The details, the furnishings, the decor EVERYTHING was beyond our expectations. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious beautiful private home in Denver. I hope to return someday. It’s like a dream ❤️❤️

Absolutely lovely home with close proximity to Denver and Boulder. Clean, bright, comfortable, and with plenty of room for our group. We really appreciated having so many beds and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. David was communicative and quick to respond, and gave lots of great local recommendations. Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. Thanks for being great hosts we appreciated everything.

This was my second stay at Sean's house. Again, it is clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to a walking trail and elementary school with a playground. Sean is quick to respond and very gracious, genuinely concerned that you have everything you need. I plan to stay again in the spring!

We traveled with our adult son who uses a wheelchair. I’ve consistently found it very challenging to find a truly wheelchair accessible place. I’m so glad we found Brad’s place in Arvada, CO. It worked quite well which made our visit to the Denver area much more enjoyable. We also liked that it is an easy walk to Old Town Arvada and the light rail. The only issue is that it’s on a pretty busy street so there is some street noise, but the pluses of this place more than made up for the street noise. We will likely be repeat customers.

The house was such a great place for our large family. So roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and making s'mores one night. So nice to have all the supplies right there. We will definitely try to return to this house again. Thank you!!!

Flexible space for all kinds of groups. Convenient location for much of Denver.

Hidden gem in the heart of Denver's North Side! Wow - this place is amazing!! We loved the grounds and old growth trees, so lush and it's so well kept. Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Easy access to all of Denver. The house was clean and had nice touches for us to enjoy. Really a great value. Debra was a wonderful host and very good with communication. Would gladly stay again!

There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! This place was super clean and nice. Way more spacious than previous thought. Still needs a few things done, but for the price, you can’t beat it! Great Host! Would stay again if I was doing anything in Denver area. About 20-30 minutes from anything we needed or wanted to do. Great spot.

We were staying the weekend for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect for our needs! Samuel was very polite and helpful. We would recommend this air bnb to anyone who needed to stay for any length of time! Very enjoyable stay!

Beautifully updated home with convenient access to I-70/ I-25. Rob was incredibly responsive and understanding when another one of our bookings fell through due to a technical error and got our reservation confirmed and accepted in no time at all (seriously though: you are an absolute legend for turning a sticky situation into such a thoughtful and memorable experience, Rob!) As for the home itself: “what’s not to love?” is really the only question that comes to mind. Amenities shown in the listing are up-to-date and everything was clean and ready-for-use as soon as we arrived. My only wish is that we could have spent more time out on the patio/ in the garden area as this is one of the coolest use of spaces I’ve ever seen on a property before. That said: Winter is basically here and that just means we’ll have to rebook in the Spring/ Summer when the plants are in full bloom. Would easily recommend both Rob and this property to anyone without hesitation.

Nathan’s home was even better than we could have expected. There was so much space for our group of 10 to hangout and relax. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable. This home was very unique and had so much character which was a bonus. The outdoor space had a lot of chairs for us to hangout and enjoy the natural beauty. Nathan was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Amelia was a very responsive and friendly host. She communicated every time they sent out people to shovel the walkways which I very much appreciated. The house itself is quaint and cozy, it’s a nice place for a budget. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Justin's place. The home felt larger than we expected and we really enjoyed the backyard space! Justin was easy to reach and extremely accommodating.

Sarah and Serafin are amazing hosts. They communicated proactively. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood and quite accessible from Denver. The house has excellent amenities, including a hot tub. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to spend a few days in Denver.
