House vacation rentals in Jefferson County

Absolutely loved this house and the location. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the amount deers and rabbits around the area was beautiful! For this being our first time in Denver, we definitely recommend this place to stay and it feels like home away from home. Can’t wait to go back to Colorado and rebook this house again!

If you are going to be spending a number of days in Denver with a group of you, this place is perfect. It is in the area of Westminster, but you can get to downtown in 15-20 mins very easily. Close to freeway entrance, close to stores and restaurants too. This place was very clean, everything just as advertised. There was even plenty of kitchen supplies, including coffee as well detergent for laundry, plenty of pillows and blankets. Katelyn always responded super fast and polite and helpful with her responses. Katelyn's approach to making this place feel like home was spot on and the little extra's such as razors in the bathroom and plenty of bathroom supplies was awesome! We do hope we get to come back to Denver again and if so, we will definitely be reaching out to Katelyn for availability.

In a word, awesome! We took our annual family vacation this year in Denver to coincide with Christmas. With a group of 7 young adults (28-37) plus my wife and me, we wanted a place where we could all be together under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. Jessica's place checked every box and then some. The house is perfect for a group of this size and the location makes it easy to get everywhere from downtown Denver to the mountains. And the responsiveness of Jessica is amazing. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Denver. You will not be disappointed.

The home was very nice and comfortable like a home away from home on vacation. The host was very responsive, polite, and helpful! Everything was just as the pictures show and the hot tub was clean & working! My favorite thing was the guide book! Very helpful for a first time visitor! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

This place was incredible! Karen was always proactive with information and when we had questions she responded within minutes. The house was very clean and so spacious. Excellent value for the price. Could not recommend any higher! The next time we come to Denver, we will definitely stay here.

Peaceful neighborhood. The pictures matched the description. Host was extremely responsive and clear with the rules of the house down to a tea. Really enjoyed our stayed here.

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Welcomed us with chocolate and champagne which was an amazing surprise. It was a perfect getaway weekend added with such a beautiful place to relax and chill for Easter. This place was a whole vibe! If you’re into trippy decor, cozy nooks, and a space that feels like a creative little hideaway, you’ll love it here. Every corner had something cool or quirky—definitely felt like we stepped into an art-filled dreamland. Super chill hangout spots both inside and outside, perfect for late-night convos, music, or just zoning out. Definitely 420-friendly, which made the whole stay even more relaxing and carefree. The energy of the place was just right—laid-back, open-minded, and welcoming. Host was great too, very responsive and easygoing. If you’re looking for a spot to unwind, laugh, vibe out with friends, and enjoy a non-traditional stay with personality, this is it. Would 100% come back!

This house was so nice and peaceful. The beds are COMFORTABLE as a cloud and I loved the split level flooring for privacy. Definitely 10/10

Peter's place in Wheat Ridge was great. It was clean and nicely decorated with everything in the kitchen labeled, so easy to find. Our son and DIL and their 2 babies were able to have the entire lower level to themselves, which provided all of us privacy. It's close to Tennyson, which is a fun street to walk with great restaurants and shops. Clancy's Irish Bar is walking distance around the corner. We were in town for. a family celebration and Wheat Ridge was the perfect location for family in Lakewood and Edgewater.

We had a great time staying at Sarah and Serafin’s place. It was great for our large group looking to commute to both boulder and Denver. The kitchen is beautiful and the area is very private.

Smooth sailing at Anna and Mathew's. Very clean home, attractive amenities, and a strong west side location. All of us in the party agreed we would look forward to coming back.

Lots of space and beds. Just as described. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. And Holly was a very good communicator. We would definitely stay there again.

Steve was a great host - very attentive and accommodating for our group. The house was in a pleasant neighborhood and had all the amenities listed. It was perfect for our group for an outing at Red rocks - highly recommend to anyone!

I will absolutely be saving this spot to stay again! I live in the Denver area and booked the home for my Bachelorette. The place was incredibly cute, spacious, and ideal for entertainment. Instructions were very clear and made the stay super straightforward. The place was pretty well stocked, but the cleanliness was our only hesitation, as there was a half-eaten Toblerone next to the base of the standing mirror in one bedroom. Some linens also appeared dirty but may have just been stained. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the stay and would love to come back.
