Family-friendly vacation rentals in Edenton

We had a great stay at this Seaside managed property. Early check in was not an option for this home, but Seaside proactively reached out several hours before check in to let us know that the property was ready and we could head in. Additionally, we noticed that the washing machine was not working when we arrived. Seaside sent a technician out to fix the issue within 24 hours despite it being a weekend. We've stayed at many AirBnBs in the past. This Seaside managed property ranks among one of our best experiences.

Melissa‘s house is beautiful with a wonderful view of the sound. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was still a bit chilly in April. (Just remember to take your own pool/beach towels!) We explored historic Corolla, the lighthouse, the wonderful bookstore, the beach and several Minigolf places by bike since the location was great for that. If you like cooking you will find that the kitchen has everything you need. Melissa was very responsive and helpful and did everything to make our stay great!

My mom, two brothers, husband and two kids (4 and 2 years old) stayed at Donna and Don’s place and loved it! The place is beautiful, practical (love the outdoor shower) and with nice extra amenities (the hot tub is great!), and of course the 2 min walk to the beach is unbeatable. Would definitely stay there again!

This is our second time staying at the Beacon Villas. We love the location because it allows us to easily access the beach and all the amenities that Corolla Light Resort has to offer. The condo is the perfect size for our family - plenty of space and privacy when needed. It was very clean and looked exactly as described. When we return to Corolla, Beacon Villas will be first on our list of places to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The location couldn't be more perfect for a relaxing visit to the beach. Our group of 16 ranged in age from 7 to 74 and everyone was able to find something to keep them busy. The beach was gorgeous and a very short walk away. When we wanted variety, the nature preserve was right there to the west, offering fabulous sunset views. The house also had a swimming pool and a hot tub, both of which got extensive use while we were there! We worried that we would be in each other's way, but there was so much to do that that was never a problem. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of decks to spread out on. The kitchen was more than sufficient to cook for a large group. Overall, we had a great time and are already considering a repeat for next year!

Eli responded to our questions very fast. The house is spacious than the expected. A very convenient place for the beach and other places. Not too close not very far.

This was my first time renting someone’s home. One wow to the amazing homeowners for such a beautiful place my husband,m and children felt right at home. From the moment we pulled in, unpacked and biked to the beach our hearts were full! The decor is beautiful the upgrades they did really were breathtaking. We wish we were could have stayed another week it felt like home. Thank you to Vacasa and the homeowners. The only thing I would recommend is making sure the cleaner sweep, mop and vacuum. I did vacuum because there was sand, food and other things on the floor. But other than that perfection! Thank you again we hope to be able to stay there again.

Stayed for a week with a mix of family & friends. Everyone loved the house! It was just as pictures & write up described. Spacious enough for our group of 13 without feeling crowded at all. Cindy was very responsive & friendly, which I appreciated. Having a second fridge was a bonus. We also loved the pool, especially the kids. Water was a perfect temperature. Not a far walk to beach either- just not ideal for beach buggies/wagons with all the stairs. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really loved the house. It had plenty of space for us, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was easy to get to and from the beach.

Great location to the historic Whalehead Club and Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Very close access to some shopping, restaurants and the beach. House has great amenities such as a sunken tub in the main bedroom, a disappearing TV and a hot tub. A large back deck overlooks the historic and beautiful Whalehead area and the Sound.

Heavenly Haven was the 1st Air BNB that I have ever booked. The booking experience was very educational for me, in a good way. Heavenly Haven was a great place for my LARGE family, with age ranges from 8 months to 83 years. The elevator was a big help! As were the kitchens and all the bathrooms. The outdoor amenities- pool, hot tub, volleyball court provided a lot of outdoor entertainment for all of the generations. The indoor pool table also provided a lot of entertainment, a bunch of us happen to be billiard experts. We brought our own sticks and other accessories and played many games while chatting up a storm! Also, Leslie & her staff were VERY helpful and responsive with all the questions I had. We had a wonderful time at this beach house! The kids stayed in the bunk room and loved gathering in the living room/game room right outside of their bedroom. It was like they had their own apt. :) The house was super clean, the location is wonderful, the living room on the top floor was beautiful! Ocean view (in the distance), huge windows, great decks, beautiful master bed/bath. Cora was very responsive and friendly whenever we had questions. We were very happy! We rented towels as they are not provided, so be sure to do the same —or pack towels. Would be great to have those included —one less thing to think about. Overall, we had a wonderful time! The house was just as described with few exceptions. Very clean throughout with exception of some hairs and soap scum in the downstairs King room - note for the cleaning crew to make sure baths (especially) are clean! Also, the blanket in same room was not good. Fortunately, the owners were staying right across the street (they own that one too) promptly fixed it! We enjoyed meeting them and talking a bit. The place overall was very good for the price paid (we went in mid-May). We have stayed at many Pine Island places and the location for this one was less than one block to beach access - excellent! You can see (a bit) and hear the ocean (because it's that close) between the houses. The hot tub on the deck was a bonus but the jets are not strong - very hot though! My 20 year old and her friend enjoyed the pool too - even in May! I would definitely stay here again at the same time of year for the price.

A beautiful home for family vacation! The location is ideal: you’re right across from the beach access path and restaurants / shops are within 5-10 minutes each way. We loved staying in to play board games when it was too cold or windy on the beach, too. Fantastic stay at the Sweet Spot!!!

Great location. Beautiful view. The ocean was nice to listen to at night especially when it was bedtime. Like being right on the beach.

This house was perfect for what we wanted. Lots of space! A house out of the way, but near restaurants and close to the beach. Excellent walking path to the beach!!! Overall, this was very well furnished house! The seating options/variety was unbeatable! So many comfy spots all over.

The house and location were perfect for our family vacation. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk that even my 3 year old could do unassisted. The house was spacious with plenty of rooms and deck hideaway spots for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool and outdoor shower were great for rinsing off after a day at the beach or an early morning swim. The house is definitely in need of a little TLC (missing towel holders, stain on stair carpet, grout staining, etc) but it was not anything the took away from our experience. AC was working great, kitchen was great and nicely stocked with items to help feed 8 people easily. There is a pack n play and high chair available for young children which we were told was not there. We would return!

We had a great family vacation. The house is spacious and everything you could think of was there. Would definitely recommend if you have a large group. A couple things needed fixed and a repairman came immediately.

A perfect place for our family gathering of 15. Amenities ( pool,hot tub, space for everyone, individual and together, were great, plus some extras just for our group) were greatly appreciated. Some minor easily-fixable maintenance items. A great vacation place. Highly recommended

For a stay of 14 we were all extremely comfortable and never bored. The house accommodated all of our needs and more. 10/10 for a rental property that hosts 14+ people. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a house that has all the amenities.

house was nice there was a storm while we were there that caused some damage they sent someone out as soon as they were able to access the damage and take care of it. The house was too far from beach next time we vaca at OBX we will get a House closer!
