Monthly Rentals in Eden District

Ian went above and beyond in his support to me in getting to his location. The weather was pretty horrendous with ice and snow. There were vehicles coming off the road In front of me, Yet Ian called me and offered to come and tow me if it was required. Now THAT'S Superhost material right there. Location for me was perfect as a stopover towards getting to northern Scotland the following day. lovely and warm accommodation, comfy bed, generous breakfast. 10 out of 10.

The flat was amazing, clean, tidy and the perfect location for exploring the Lake district! We'll definitely be staying again!

Great property for anyone looking to stay in Penrith. Short walk to the down centre, great little house. Fantastic host who was extremely responsive and very accommodating with us when we needed to work around the bad weather.

I had an extended stay here and felt really at home straight away. It's small, really well equipped, and easy to keep warm. Also super comfy bed which I'll really miss! Village and local area are lovely and within easy access of the M6.
