Very cute and cozy home. Well decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The great selection of snacks and drinks available was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The bed is very comfortable. This is a great place to stay and the hosts are exceptional. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

Alvin's house is an amazing little gem in Carlsbad that we've had the pleasure staying in for several months. Our 18 month old absolutely LOVED the children's park less than a block away. With miles of paved walking trails, multiple children's playgrounds, city pool, splash pad, a sandy beach, paddle boats, a golf course, tennis and basketball courts, and lots of trees for native and migratory birds to hang out, ALL within walking distance AND along the beautiful Pecos River, this place has it all. 10/10 this will always be my first choice to stay with my family.
