Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Eddy County

Andrea’s home was amazing and just what we were looking for. It was squeaky clean and fresh, had many more thoughtful amenities than we typically see, and was so convenient to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Andrea was also a wonderful host who was very proactive in providing all the information we needed. We felt like we were staying with friends and would highly recommend this home to others!

Don’t hesitate, book this house! Out of all 4 houses we stayed in on our trek from Tucson to El Paso, this house was the cleanest, comfiest, and most exact to the description and pictures. The beds, pillows, linens and towels were top notch. Kitchen is very well appointed. The house is beautiful. Location is quiet and safe, as well as very near to the main road and restaurants/shops. Rene was very easy to communicate with. Our boys loved the snacks Rene left for them during their movie night after hiking. Rene went above and beyond to send us a charger we left behind. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone or stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park. It’s conveniently located, has an adorable porch to enjoy your morning coffee, safe neighborhood, clean, and well stocked. DeeAnn was very responsive and checked in us to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend!

This was a great house! Price was great too. It was super clean, had just enough linens, towels and dishes. Living room was great for all family to be together and play games, do puzzles and talk.

Great place for the caverns!

The house felt very homey and was spotless upon arrival. This spot is perfect for families or a group of friends comes with laundry machines, ac, heat, and it’s a walkable distance from downtown. Sandra was super responsive anytime I needed anything, I highly recommend you stay here during your visit to New Mexico!

We stayed at Katherine's place with our three children as a base to explore Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park! The property was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and had lots of space for us to spread out. Well stocked with things to do in the evening (excercise equipment, games and puzzles) and near a nice park by the water. Katherine was super responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to Carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, very quiet and clean, everything we needed to feel at home. Host was welcoming and responsive. Our kids loved the games and puzzles. 30min drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

I had never been to Carlsbad before. The place was perfect for myself, but the area around it was not what I expected. I felt safer there rather than staying a Motel in town.

Had an awesome stay at West of the Pecos! Very clear instructions. My mom and I came for a mother/daughter weekend of hiking the Guadalupe mountains and seeing the caverns and this was the perfect resting place. Cozy living room for winding down and watching tv with a glass of wine! Shower is small but certainly manageable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone going to Carlsbad!
