We would highly recommend staying here, it is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable and extremely gracious hosts who are super friendly and very happy to provide all needed information. The place is in a beautiful environment, and it is a special place.

We so enjoyed communicating with both Martyn and Roben. They were very responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was a cozy garden cottage with everything needed to enjoy our 3+ week stay. The cottage was like AirBnB used to be with great service and staying in a home. Public transportation is within 5 min for both the tram and metro to get you into the city. The Northcote High Street is within 5-10 min walk and has a tram, if needed, to take you to restaurants and supermarkets. I definitely would stay here in the future and would recommend to others for a long stay.

The place is beautiful! Super nice and clean. Also comfy and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We had a really great time and we would love to come back. Thank you Christine and Andrew :)

Helen was a welcoming and responsive host, who was eager to make our stay as enjoyable and easy as possible. She left a generous and delicious range of provisions that more than got us through the first night. The unit was cool on arrival a the fans and air conditioner ensured our comfort day and night. The pool was a beautiful way to relax at the end of each day. The proximity to the Clarence River and historic figtree lined streets were an absolute bonus. We definitely want to stay at Helen's when we are next in Grafton.
