The house was beautifully decorated and pristine. Host was very helpful and responsive.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Lovely big house, slept 8 adults easily. Great views, fab location to walk the South Downs. Everything you needed. Maybe less clutter/ family photos around the house would have been nicer but some liked the homely touch. Overall excellent. Many thanks, Louise

Sea View was an amazing place to stay, right next to a lovely sandy beach, which we walked along every day of our visit. The house was clean and furnished to a really high standard. would absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises. thank you.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for our needs and suited 6 adults and 2 children. Great communal space with 2 bedrooms at either end of the house to ensure own space too. Fantastic location as we travelled to Arundel Castle, The Pig in the South Downs, and West Wittering beach. Lovely pubs locally too for dinner.

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Thank you Alexis (and Terry) for a fabulous stay! We really enjoyed spending some quality time in the annex alongside some time at places nearby. Such a beautiful annex with everything you need, from towels, bed linen, coffee/tea, pasta, brioche, butter, milk - all sorts! You can even buy their own homemade produce! A very special touch to receive a gift as this was for our Mini-moon! 💕 Our first printed photo in a frame, a box of chocolates, small bottle of sparkling rosé, some balloons, and even a welcome sign. Friendly hosts, brilliant communication, and a fabulous taste in music (Pavarotti) - I hope the men enjoyed their time in Germany. Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

We have just had a 2 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. parking was a bonus albeit a tight squeeze. The apartment was very clean and high quality. Location was 5 minute walk to seafront. The host was very helpful/flexible. We felt at home straight away and hope to return soon!

Lovely cabin near Midhurst. The place is 10 minutes walk from the local town center and 5 minutes walk from wandering around in the peaceful wilde of West Sussex. Charlotte has been super helpful and responsive during the stay. 10/10 recommended

We had a very lovely stay over bank holiday weekend. The studio was very comfortable, especially the bed. Great big window letting in the views. We loved the walk to the beach via Medmerry RSPB reserve, as did our dogs, even on a drizzly and blustery day. Very warm and friendly welcome by the hosts, and gorgeous resident dog

Loved staying here. We were so pleased with location. We could walk to the seafront within minutes. Great to have 2 parking spots available to us at all times. All needed amenities were available and Andrew even left an ester egg as a surprise for our two children which was incredibly thoughtful and kicked us off to the perfect start. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of dvds and books and games for all ages. Would stay again

Wow we've just come back from a great little trip in Portsmouth with our two small children. The flat is spacious and well thought out with everything you could need for a stay. The bedrooms are a great size and perfect for us as a small family visiting friends. the location is really central so we could walk to most places including the seafront, numerous restaurants and places for coffee and lunch. Parking was also a bonus! We'll be coming back in the summer! Thanks so much!!

We've had a wonderful stay. A home-from-home, that's spacious and comfortable. Everything was beautifully clean. Well equipped and the perfect spot to get to the beach. The welcome touches were especially thoughtful.

We have had a wonderful week end , the apartment was beautiful and the view amazing . There is everything you need within walking distance so no car needed . Just a perfect place to reset and relax . Booked again for May !!

Excellent stay for work at Goodwood event. Plenty of parking outside and the house has got everything we needed. Very peaceful location and great host.

This is such a lovely apartment, in an amazing location. It was clean and welcoming with easy parking. The large beds were so comfy and there was so much space for us and the dog. The little touches really make the difference like fresh flowers in the vases, and the welcome hamper for the dog were so appreciated. I wish we could have stayed longer, it was exactly what we needed and I really hope we will be back soon!

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!
