Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in East London

Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

Monica is a generous host. We feel lucky that she shared her special home, made us feel so welcome and understood our needs.

Would highly recommend this listing, what an interesting home, dotted with interesting details and books. the area is really nice and walkable from Battersea park, of you are seeing anything in Battersea this beats any hotel in the area hands down. Would definitely return to this accomodation in the summer to enjoy the outdoor area.

I had a lovely stay! Harriet was very nice and thoughtful, and we had some lovely chats during my visit. Although I know the area v well, location was excellent, and the adorable Topper added a lot of warmth to the home. The room was comfortable and cosy ensuring a smooth, relaxing stay.

We had a lovely time staying at Leroy and Chris’s home! The room was a bit tight for 3 people, but it was doable and really not an issue considering we were out of the house most of the day. Leroy served us such nice breakfasts and we had really lovely conversations with him each morning. The house is a 2 minute walk from the train station, making the rest of London extremely accessible. Great place to book if you plan on exploring and being out of the house most of the day. I’d describe it as a very elevated hostel type of Airbnb (don’t expect any access to the rest of the house). The room was incredibly clean and the dogs were very much so out of the way :) I’d recommend, they were lovely hosts.

We loved our stay with Sally & Chris! The space was the perfect place to launch our London plans, and they were incredibly communicative and accommodating. I can't speak of them (and their home) highly enough. We will 11/10 stay here the next time we're in town. Thank you so much, Sally & Chris!

We have a great time staying at Louisa’s gorgeous family home - it’s in a quiet neighborhood perfect for families and walking distance to cute cafes, shops and parks. The house is beautifully styled and very spacious, we had our best nights sleep here and would highly recommend!

Kirstine is a great host and the house was cosy and warm, with a nicely decorated room to stay in.

My recent stay at David's place in Kennington was absolutely delightful and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, David's warmth and kindness made me feel incredibly welcome. The location of David's place is simply perfect, just two blocks away from the underground station, which made exploring London incredibly convenient. Despite being centrally located, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, offering a nice retreat after a day of sightseeing. David himself was a fantastic host. He greeted me every morning with a genuine smile and we had lovely conversations. His hospitality extended beyond expectations; he even helped me with some laundry during my stay, which was greatly appreciated. The accommodation itself was pristine and well-maintained. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. The entire place was tastefully decorated. Overall, my experience at David's place was outstanding. Coco the cat is lovely :)

Ideal location for walkable main transport links.

Perfect location especially for first time visitors wanting to see the main tourist sites. Also. very easy access to many public transit options. Host was extremely helpful and kind.

Thanks to Jane for her welcome, responsiveness and kindness. We found ourselves at home, quiet after the hustle and bustle of London. The metro 5 min walk is a great way to get around the center of the megalopolis quickly.

We had an amazing time in the lovely house of Katherine and Juanita. Located in a beautiful and calm neighborhood and the city center just a drive with the tube away, it was all we had hoped for (and even more!). We were warmly welcomed, cared for and felt at home right from the start. We will miss the nice conversations, the view into the lovely garden during breakfast and cuddling the dogs Sam and Luca. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon. Thank you once again for your hospitality!

We were sad to leave Mary’s home after a short three day stay. We had such a wonderful time there. Mary and Martin were incredible hosts, giving us a true “Bed and Breakfast”experience. The breakfast was top notch and the conversation even better, including helpful tips on getting around. The room was lovely with all your needs in mind. They go above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Couldn't recommend a stay at Ruth's accomodation more!! I stayed for a weekend as I was attending a concert at Ally Pally; which is within a short walking distance. As soon as I entered the house, Ruth was very welcoming and showed me around the kitchen and my room. There was snacks and coffee I could help myself to in the kitchen if needed. The space was nicely layed out for me, with soap, shampoo, towels and everything needed for my stay. The room was just as described, with a large bed, fridge, kettle and bathroom. Many reviews do mention the nearby train track, the noise didn't personally bother me but it may do others. Very lovely stay and Ruth's daughter even offered to make me breakfast! Thank you for my wonderful and welcoming stay Ruth, I will definitely be returning for Alexandra Palace gigs :)

Best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! Manuela is so welcoming, helpful and treats you like her own family. The room was large, full of natural light, and Manuela made it very comfortable for my three month long stay.  I would happily stay here again and recommend anybody to book.

An extremely well appointed ground floor flat in a superb location. Quiet yet just a few minutes walk to Bromley South Railway Station (20 mins train journey to central London). Tamila seems to have thought of virtually everything. Cereals, milk and pastries were provided for each morning's breakfast. The shower is excellent with top quality bathroom essentials provided. A parking permit is available for those travelling by car. We would definitely look to stay again if we were in the area.

Ana is lovely. She is chatty, friendly, easy-going, helpful and so accommodating. Ana has done an incredible job in decorating her house. The bedroom was spotless, clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also spotless. The house is not far from Kensal Road Station and all local amenities.

Paul was very quick on messaging and replying super flexible too he really helped me out and made the stay as comfortable and clean as he possibly could he really puts in the effort and wish I could’ve stayed longer

I had a wonderful time at the Vicarage with Angela, Sue and their cat. The room is spacious and comes with its own bathroom across the hallway. There is a nice breakfast included (a true B&B!) and Sue and Angela are all around great hosts. I'd stay with them again :-)
