Cosy room with a comfortable double bed. Tea and coffee facilities and stylishly decorated with paintings and a 1960’s Formica table lend a Bohemian feel to the room. Five minutes walk to Kent House or Clock House Stations and even closer to Beckenham Road Tram station you will be located for easily accessing Central London and only twenty minutes by train to Victoria Station. There is off-road parking for two vehicles at the front of the house. There is access to a small rear garden and patio.

When you book the room you must specify the exact number of guests and please provide me a photo of you for a recognition on arrival. Breakfast facilities are available in the room. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. A nice clean bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, with a wardrobe, TV cabinet , 2 bedsize tables, chair, a mirror, a desk and a small fridge, shared bathroom. Minumum stay 2 nights. Check in from 2pm to 9pm - NO LATER . Check out by 10.00am. I am in ULTRA LOW EMMISION ZONE.
