There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. fantastic property with an amazing view which gets better with the balcony where you can walk out and take in the wonderful views of the bay. everything you could possibly need is provided in this exceptionally clean property, with the added welcoming touches of fresh flowers sweets and a bottle of fizz were the icing on the cake . Steve is a fantastic and friendly host who responded quickly when we needed a boost in heating on a chilly evening if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable get away with a magnificent sea view look no further just , we counting down the days until our next stay already in May . thank you Steve for an amazing holiday home 10/10

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

Central Village flat, close to beach

Despite unpredictable weather we enjoyed our week at Richard's place. The flat was cosy and handy for local amenities and for heading off to explore the New Forest. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided, with the added bonus of a breakfast basket full of local produce. The parking space was appreciated too. There was a bit of noise from the Social Club next door but really our only niggle was not being able to contact Richard either by phone or by the message box provided online by Airbnb when we wanted to ask what to do with the keys when we left. In the end, we left them on the table in the flat and hoped that was ok. We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Waterfront Lodge With Log Burner - Club Casita

We had a wonderful stay at Club Casita, the view over Stanpit marshes is stunning, in January, you see the sun rise by the Isle of Wight travel over Hengistbury Head and set within the window viewport, and the wide variety of birdlife is beautiful to watch, like an animated painting. The lodge was very warm and cosy and had everything we needed, even a whirlpool bath! A freezer would have been useful for our longer stay but we managed fine without it. The beds were very comfy. Ample parking for 2 cars. It is a short (< 10 mins), flat walk along a picturesque riverside path to Christchurch where there is an M&S for groceries, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. Our hosts, Candice and Dan were lovely and gave us a very warm welcome with a breakfast basket, festive decorations and a bottle of wine, and were very responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend Club Casita to family and friends!

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect for all the family. The youngest was 5 and the oldest 81. Everything was within walking distance and on a couple of days the oldest two family members hired a mobility scooter which was located at the end of the road. The dogs loved the beach all in all every member of the family enjoyed their stay.
