Monthly Rentals in East Austin

We’ve stayed at Fernando’s condo multiple times—always for month long stays or longer. It is truly a phenomenal home away from home. Cannot recommend enough It’s easy to work from It’s easy to explore Austin from (you’re a short ride away from everything) And it’s always well equipped with everything you need to feel at home here (including a fully fully stocked kitchen) Fernando is so friendly and amazing—we cannot recommend this place enough

Megan's casita was a great base for our Austin weekend. Close to food, drink, and music on E 6th St. She was a great host and very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great apartment, great location, great communication, great hosts! My wife and I loved Joyce's place. It was clean and furnished with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and parking was easy. The location is central and nearly everything in Austin is a short drive away, with some great coffee shops, restaurants and bars just around the corner. Several times during our week-long stay we commented, "Wow, our Airbnb is in such a great spot!" Joyce had some great suggestions/recommendations, and was always thoughtful and communicative. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Austin. Thanks for helping to make our vacation so stressfree and enjoyable!

One of my favorite Airbnbs! Even better than the pictures, which is rarely the case. Both Joe and Rachel were super friendly and helpful. The bathroom, kitchen, balcony all were stunning and an amazing upright piano just made me feel right at home. Set up perfectly for a remote worker and long term stay. It’s more residential than other streets on the east side but still there’s a food truck area, cafes, and bars within a 5 min. walk. Within 10-20 min. walk you can reach the streets that have a bunch to do in East Austin. As a solo traveler I felt comfortable for the most part. I would advise anyone to be mindful of across the street as there were a couple of sketchy people but as someone who likes cities this didn’t ruin anything and I still felt comfortable to walk around (just watch your surroundings). Also the entire building is gated and requires a code to get in and to access the elevator/stairs. This place is close to downtown too which was great, just a short Lyft ride!
