The building is safe, clean, and far enough from the bustle that you can feel at peace, while also being a walkable distance from Sukhumvit, BTS, and everything downtown has to offer. I have stayed in dozens of Airbnb's, and met many kind and helpful people, but Christophe treated me like family. If you're looking for the ultimate getaway, this location is perfect! It’s conveniently situated near all the best local shopping spots, making it easy to explore—whether you stroll or hop in a quick taxi. This place is a dream for larger groups! With three spacious rooms, each boasting a private bathroom, everyone will have a slice of comfort. The expansive living room and dining area are ideal for gathering together, and the well-equipped kitchen with washing facilities is a fantastic bonus. And let’s not forget the hosts, Jacob and Surapong! They are delightful—always responsive and incredibly friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time here and can’t recommend it highly enough! It’s a fantastic experience!

Paul is a great host, he let us check in early for free. The apartment is great, it’s really shaded and cool, even after being out all day with the aircon off. The location is great, lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Chonny was a great host. She showed great hospitality and was very proactive and helpful. Condo has great infinity rooftop pool and well-equipped gym. Near ASOK BTS station (3 min walking) and Terminal 21 Shopping Mall. A lot of restaurants and bars near. (10-15 min walking). Great location 👍🏻

The condo was homely, felt very comfortable. the place was neat and clean. They have everything you need. Would come again and will recommend others to stay here.

This place was very nice with close proximity to Icon Siam Mall (15 min walk). The place was clean and had good views of the city. The wifi wasn't the best and we lost signal a few times. The gym has everything needed for a good workout but the sauna takes so long to warm up it wasn't really worth using. Overall it was a nice stay.
