Vacation rentals with lake access in Dusit District

The House was good enough for my family. We can cook, can have space for our group sit and talk. We can find a local market when walk though lane 14. The pier near house was closed. You need to go Wat Rat Singkhon to get boat(orange flat) or Asiatique the River front.Here have free shuttle boat to Sathorn Pier(Saphan Taksin BTS) from 4pm. Recommended take boat to travel if you stay this house to get out of traffic jam.

Great stay, great and beautiful grounds. Very quiet and nice location, just outside but just right if you want peace and quiet, and yet not too far away from downtown.

the staff was really accomodating, unluckily there was kind of lack of privacy because they're entering at any time beside the late evening, maybe our fault we didn't talk properly . At the moment there are constructions next door , so I think a discount should be given. There was plastic to cover the tables in living room ,so didn't look great .

A Hidden Gem by the Water in Bangkok I recently stayed at this wonderful place in Bangkok with my girlfriend, and it was an absolute delight. Situated next to a serene side river, this spot offers a cosy and calm atmosphere—rare for Bangkok—while still being conveniently close to the city's heart. We managed to stroll to the city center in about 80 minutes, but it’s just a quick 40-minute cab ride if you're not in the mood for a walk. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the kind lady who runs the place. Despite our late flight, she patiently waited to hand over the keys, ensuring we were settled in comfortably. She also went above and beyond, taking great care of our laundry and always greeting us with warmth and kindness. The peaceful riverside setting, combined with the attentive hospitality, made this a perfect stay. I’m so happy we discovered this gem in Bangkok and will absolutely be staying here again whenever I return to the capital. Highly recommended!

It might take a day to get used to, but overall this is an absolutely amazing place to stay. One of the last traditional villages left in Bangkok, I would suggest staying here to get a real feel of the local life. I had a great time just sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by. The neighbors were also very kind, even bringing me my helmet one day when it started to rain. There are some locals shops nearby (10 second walk) to get your basics like toothpaste, snacks, beer, but also a 711 around the corner (3 minute walk) if you need more stuff. Overall, I had some great sleeps there, but expect to hear some boats passing in the morning. I slept through it though.

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Cozy apartment in a very well located condominium. Everything as described and Nistra was very helpful. I recommend and will be back soon.

It took a while for us to wait for the host to get proper entry to the building for us, though the anticipated arrival time was clearly informed to the host. And she was not responsive to my calls. No apology was addressed to me, as if it is very natural and normal to keep guests waiting for check-in while not being able to contact her. Kawa Haus, and its neighbor residence Hasu Haus, are perfect for holiday stays. Very good services there. The vibe of T77 community is excellent!

The accomodation was very nice and luxurious, unfortunately the day when i arrived, the personal closed the pool just before sunset so i could not enjoyed but not the fault of the owner. the condo is amazing !
