We had to go through the earthquake in the building, everything was very safe and the staff was ready to help. I definitely recommend this place in terms of building security. On the other hand, it had everything, although there were no forks!!!! From the back street you can easily access the supermarket and it is very nice, although there are no sidewalks to walk it is super safe. From the front entrance you are a few meters from a main thoroughfare and all the shops and transportation. I loved Bangkok, its people, the hustle and bustle, and the order in the same disorder. It's a pity about the earthquake, but everything is like that, always ready to help. Thanks for hosting us in your apartment.

It’s conveniently situated near all the best local shopping spots, making it easy to explore—whether you stroll or hop in a quick taxi. This place is a dream for larger groups! With three spacious rooms, each boasting a private bathroom, everyone will have a slice of comfort. The expansive living room and dining area are ideal for gathering together, and the well-equipped kitchen with washing facilities is a fantastic bonus. And let’s not forget the hosts, Jacob and Surapong! They are delightful—always responsive and incredibly friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time here and can’t recommend it highly enough! It’s a fantastic experience!

The host is extremely responsive and even so helpful in all matters. The area is just awesome if you want real authentic Bangkok. BTS Udom suk is 3 minutes walk away. And outside you’ll just have everything you need from markets, supermarkets to restaurants, massage and even bars. This area became my new favorite in Bangkok! Very recommendable!

The stay was really close to the main road and terminal 21. The place was clean and presented well. The check- in process was very smooth and easy. Chonny communicated with us really well and we really enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this place & we hope to be back soon! :)

This place was very nice with close proximity to Icon Siam Mall (15 min walk). The place was clean and had good views of the city. The wifi wasn't the best and we lost signal a few times. The gym has everything needed for a good workout but the sauna takes so long to warm up it wasn't really worth using. Overall it was a nice stay.

King is a great host! He always gave fast responses and advise us when we have questions around the logistic arrangement or best spots for tourist. The place is very clean and tidy. The decoration is nice but please be careful, you don't want to have same experience like me - broke the beautiful vase :) terms of location, It's in an alley and there is no sign when you enter the alley. Make sure you read the direction given by King. BTS Ekkamai is not that close, I took around 30 minutes walks from AirBnB to the station. Make sure you try the coffee at Littleblue cafe, the staff are really nice there and If you are hungry in the middle of the night, don't worry, you can jump to the convenience store

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

The host personally picked us up from the airport, and the housekeeper was especially good for our service, very close to the subway station.The pool was nice and the bed was comfortable.KTV is good here.BBQ ok. I will also choose to stay here when I come to Bangkok again.We missed it all the time after we left.I recommend the villa

Location is so convenient! Walking distance from Ratchetewi BTS station and there 3 7-11s nearby! The staff there were really friendly and attend to us immidiately when we have queries. Would definitely recommend if you are coming here alone as its space and amenities are perfect for solo traveller!

Natt is a wonderful host and I would recommend her apartment to anyone. Beautiful building and facilities like pool and gym. And very convenient. I will stay here whenever I travel to Bangkok.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, had a good smell, there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the small 3rd room served as an excellent working space for me, with a comfy office chair. The host was friendly and responsive. The location is quiet and I could get a good sleep. It is a bit out of center, but I could still find everything I needed within walking distance. I especially recommend eating at Papa Chef! The only disappointment I had was that the gym isn't air-conditioned, and it's very hot inside. Overall a great apartment, I'll be happy to stay there again.
