The house is fantastic and absolutely stunning inside. I would say staying in this house is a cultural experience. It is in a small back alley of what seems like the old original Bangkok that has mostly been knocked down now. The host was very helpful thank you so much kha 🥰

Place is a great location. It has 3.5 Floors fyi. The live in babysitter keeps the place spotless and you don’t even notice she is there. The amenities are as good as a hotel, plenty towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, tooth brushes, outlets for USA. I would recommend and would stay here again. Communication is quick with Nam.

We stayed here with a group of 11 people. The house was clean and cosy. The beds were very good. Bonus was the refreshing pool. The cleaning lady was very friendly and made breakfast every day (American or Thai). We would definitely recommend this air BnB.

We had a wonderful stay! This place is perfect for families, with 3 spacious and impeccably clean rooms, each with its own bathroom, making it super convenient for everyone. It’s also ideal for large groups, as the two separate living rooms provide ample space and privacy for members to relax or socialize. The location was exactly what we were looking for—quiet and private, perfect for unwinding. Plus, having a 7-11 just a short walk away was incredibly handy for any quick necessities. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Very, very genuinely recommend!The host and staff are both super friendly! Very good service was provided from arrival in Bangkok until departure to meet the host. The space itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. There is also a common swimming pool, fitness and meeting room. The host recommended us attractions and nice food nearby, also a nice and good massage shop. The location is not in city center but you could call Grab, Bolt or rent a car. Everything was perfect. We will miss the villa very much. We definitely want to come again. Thank you for the great time!

This is a beautiful cosy house that can easily accommodate 8 - 10 guest. Situated in a good vicinity. Tan is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Max's house for three nights! The stylish decoration made it feel like a home away from home. Max were super nice and promptly addressed all our needs and concerns. We also enjoyed the heartwarming local food, delicious desserts, and fresh fruit from Max. Thank you for your incredible hospitality; it truly made our family getaway special! We love you Max!!!

Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip

This place of Natchpapha in Bangkok was amazing! The host was very responsive and accommodating! We asked for a few of the amenities mentioned and they provided it timely! Especially the Crib for our baby! Check-in is easy as well. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to attractions and great local food. Specially their coin laundry which we used almost everyday during our stay! Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was lovely — charming and spacious for the three of us. It was comfortable and relaxing, with an excellent terrace where we enjoyed late-night Grab-delivered dinners, accompanied by Bangkok’s neon lights in the distant background. The location was great for exploring Bangkok, just a short walking distance from Wat Arun. From there, you can take ferries directly to the Grand Palace and the Reclining Buddha. It’s worth noting that the house is literally located on the canal, so passing of longboats do occur even occasionally at night. However, this didn’t bother us noticeably—after all, we were on vacation and could sleep in longer in the mornings 😊 Additionally, the warm hospitality of our hosts made our stay even better. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We warm heartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting B

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

As soon as you enter the room, it is very neat and welcoming. The host also prepared snacks and iced good drinking water. The room is very spacious and quiet, a variety of equipment, hot water kettle, induction stove, washing machine, etc., the air conditioning and refrigeration effect is very good. The laundry detergent is very quick and delivered to the host after using it. Thank you╰ (* ´ `` *). There is a Rochi shrimp╯ next to 299 baht, it is much cheaper than the city, opposite to Watson, 7-Eleven and other convenience stores. It is very cost effective when more than 200 to 500 yuan out of the house.Five-star reviews, recommended!

The traditional house was so beautiful and the view of the canal right next to the house was great. It was a great experience that was different from a familiar hotel stay. The friendly and provided breakfast was generous and delicious. The surrounding amenities were a little lacking, and it was dark to go out late at night. This is an accommodation that can be recommended considering many things ^ ^

The property was in great location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and close enough to many other stores. Fame was an excellent host with great communication and recommendations.

Pattarmon’s place is a steal! Massive value for money, peaceful location in the outskirts of Bkk. Of course the infamous traffic sitch is horrendous but going home to this after a full day of activities was the relief we needed daily. The host and her co-hosts were prompt, polite and extremely kind. I would 100% stay here again if/when I come back. I had 0 issues with grabfood drivers finding this place. Clean house with so many rooms and beds. Theres a kitchen, cozy living area and a garden area and terrace area if you want a bit of fresh air on a hot night. Pattarmon’s place made our bkk trip easy and we cannot wait to be back. ขอบคุณ! ❤️
