Stayed for a month very happy. Great that it includes tea and breakfast….loved coming back to food in oven regardless of time I returned

This is a lovely cottage, which used to be the village Post Office and shop, set in a very tranquil rural setting but very easy to access for Hull and many places of interest on the East Coast - Hornsea 20 minute drive, Spurn Point 45 minutes. Sue was a very good host who was extremely helpful and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole cottage was very comfortable. There is access to a garden space with seating. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage if you are visiting Hull or the East Coast; we will definitely return.

We had a good stay at Happys place. It was a lovely property with everything as described and the pictures are the same as the actual rooms. Happy is an excellent host, very quick to,respond when we had a couple of small issues which she resolved immediately. Area very quiet with a park nearby to enjoy a nice walk. We would definitely stay again.

Very good host , was clear in instructions and made up the sofa bed prior to our arrival , recommend the place brilliant location
