Vacation rentals with a kayak in Dunnellon

If you're looking for a quiet getaway then this is the place. Marcie and Doug we're waiting to check us in upon our arrival and give us a thorough tour of the property. They allow you to have full access of the property and are always available if you have any requests, assistance or information. I definitely would stay there again next time I visit the area.

This is our second stay at Vincent's place and we absolutely LOVE it. It's a simple home, that's kept very clean and a great location for a family vacation. Our adults kids have spread out throughout the state, and this great home allows us all to centrally meet and enjoy family time together. We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard, ate Thanksgiving dinner together by the beautiful view of the river, and enjoyed a bonfire around the awesome firepit. Life is good, and we were so pleased to have this sweet oasis to enjoy the fun.

Highly recommend. Reese was wonderful to work with and Carol greeted us upon arrival to show us around and answer any questions. we had a fantastic stay.

Andres was a great Airbnb host! He responded quickly to all of our questions. His house is extremely spacious and accommodating to our family of 10. There were many different things to do at the house. The pool was heated and we had access to the fire pit and barbecue which we used during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and had all of the cookware needed to have our thanksgiving dinner! The house was also spotless and had extra toiletries for our entire family. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the springs. We all really enjoyed this house. Our family of 10 highly recommends this house to anyone traveling to Dunnellon especially if you have a large family.

This was our second time staying here. We will be coming back for as long as it is available! Amazing river access that we can bring our dog to. Having 2 kayaks on site is really great as we only own 2 and usually come with another couple. We look forward to our trip every year!

We had such a marvelous time at camp collop. What. Magical place. Everything was so very well maintained and well stocked house with All the amenities you would need to enjoy your time on the water. The access to the river was perfect. The kids enjoyed the rope swing and we enjoyed the convenience of paddling and being able to come back to the home easily without having to go to the parks or stand in lines etc. the town of dunnellon had so many amenities so close to the house...dinner each night was less than 10min from the house. Everyone in my family said this was one of the best vacations they had gone on ...the peacefulness of this home and location transmitted a beautiful sense of magic. We all want to come back soon. This was worth it...you won't go wrong staying here and enjoying all the amenities this place has.

Christina was super responsive and gave great local tips. The little touches, like snacks and coffee, made me feel right at home. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!

This location accommodated 10 men easily. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very friendly neighbors, peaceful setting in nature and not too far from dining options. Cheryl was super responsive and helped us tremendously, she went above and beyond accommodations. The house was very clean and very tighty. Thank you!

I’m hooked. We are in Fl from PA at our family home and this is our new vacation from the vacation spot. We were fortunate to be able to arrive a bit early. We immediately felt at ease. This has been our best Airbnb experience and we have travelled the world. I was so happy to meet Dennis and his wife Debra take such care to make guests feel loved. They iron the sheets! Little touches of special care took the weight of the world away. We were told to close the very secure gates and allow our dog to explore. We had use of various watercraft and all of the equipment. We took our dog on the water and paddled around. We saw crane, so many large fish and heard owls. The experience was perfect. I thought to myself that this is what heaven must look like. We have been in homosassa before but this is the place. We went 2.5 miles down the road and rented a pontoon. I had a nice float with some new manatee friends. Thanks for hosting us Dennis and Debra! My parents are booked for spring!

Dardens place was so magical! We loved the layout of the house, and how peaceful and private the yard was. We thought the bumpy dirt road in was really fun. Darden has everything you need in her house and is super accommodating! We went after a storm so we were unable to kayak, but we did an airboat ride which was fun. We hope to come back in winter time to enjoy the fire pit and go kayak then! :)

It was such a peaceful stay. The sounds of nature was abundant. Its a very nice place to stay and eould definitely stay again.

Great waterfront home. Ideally located and walkable to downtown Inverness. We absolutely fell in love with downtown Inverness. Their parks are top notch. The bike trail is perfect. If you can bring your bikes if not there are places to rent bikes.

What a welcome, safe respite for some hurricane Milton evacuees. Immediately felt right at home with both the cottage and the incredible host!! Perfect, cozy cottage - everything you need and nothing you don't. We hope to be back in less stressful times! A++++

It was a great place to relax a couple days. This was my first time not using a hotel. I was amazed and unbelieve able it was. I live Hernando for awhile. I thank you for wonderful place to stay

I stayed at the Barn, and we had a lot of fun. It was exactly as described. Warm and cozy. A true glamping experience. The host was amazing, kind, caring, supportive and even helped return my lost phone. If you want the experience of camping but don’t want to stay in a tent this is the right place for you!!! My 5 yr old nephew and husband and I had a blast. Thanks again Amy for your hospitality. Rose F

Awesome place to take a weekend and relax. Pictures do not do it justice - looks even better in person. Loved spending the weekend kayaking. Would stay here again when we take a long weekend out of town.

A great place for a solo retreat! I felt very safe and enjoyed the cozy feel of the cabin. It is close to other properties but still feels secluded and very private. The cabin was spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a stellar movie collection! Casey was very nice and communicative offering very clear instructions. I will definitely be back and recommend staying here to my family and friends!

It’s exactly as it seems. It’s cozy, easy to find, has a pub with great food and drinks literally at your door step. I don’t know if I could find something to complain about if I tried. Well ok bed was a little squeaky but everything was amazing.

Very cozy. Private, secluded. Internet was spotty, but we really appreciated disconnecting for a while. The community has private access to their own piece of rainbow river about five minutes away, where you can launch. Property is about 15 minutes from the state park itself.
