Hannah's cottage is spacious, comfortable, quiet, well situated and easy to find- added to which she is a most helpful host. The view across to the mountain is spectacular, particularly in the evening light, and had the weather been warmer we would have spent most of our time on the terrace. As it was, the heating was excellent and the view still pretty awesome from inside the well-furnished sitting room! The centre of Dunkeld is only a short and pleasant walk away. Hard to imagine a nicer place to stay in this locality.

Great stay at Flinc house. Loved it was bright and clean and also the fresh cotton linen. Dunkeld is small so you can walk to the coffee caravan and the delightful bakery. The pub is expensive so didn't get to try it! Recommend the walk to Piccaninny hill with little ones. The Arboretum is worth a walk too. Flint house was lovely and light and had everything we needed.

A Finnish 🇫🇮 log cabin in Australia—what an incredible treat! As a European, I was immediately drawn to this place, knowing the craftsmanship and love that goes into building these homes. The thought of someone bringing one all the way to Australia speaks volumes about the dedication behind it. Greta’s Finnish cabin exceeded all my expectations. Despite the unexpected urban setting, the cabin felt like a peaceful haven amidst the rugged Australian environment. It radiates warmth and comfort, making it the perfect escape from the outside world. Our evenings were especially memorable—we looked forward to watching old movies and soaking in the cosy atmosphere. Greta’s cabin is a unique and special retreat—a little piece of Finland nestled in the Grampians. It’s the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Whether you’re seeking charm, comfort, or a break from the everyday, this cabin has it all. Thank you, Greta, for creating such a treasure!

We had the most beautiful stay at Dunkeld House! The house was gorgeous and we felt comfortable there straight away. The kids loved the play equipment in the backyard, the board games and having lots of space and you can't beat the view from the living and kitchen window of the mountains. The bakery and Main Street were an easy walkable distance. After visiting Halls Gap for some hikes we were glad we had picked to stay in Dunkeld as it's so much quieter and relaxed but still an easy drive, so sad the perfect base. We had an amazing dinner on our last night at Parker Street Project. Jackie & Jarrod were wonderful hosts, offering lots of recommendations and were so responsive with any questions we had. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Gemma and Phil
