Apartment vacation rentals in Dumaguete City

We only stayed for a night, but it was a really nice place so I could have stayed for longer. Convenient location, comfortable furniture, and spotless.

The place was great, good spot to start exploring Dumaguete! Lots of restaurants and a mall nearby, boulevard in tricycle distance, enjoyed the stay! The building was clean and well maintained, secure, awesome pool!

We had a good stay with Kaylene's place. Well equiped with what we need. Good location with restaurants nearby and easy access for transportation to roam around.

Worth every penny. One thing that is lacking is the cabled tv

This was my second time staying here. Clean and matches the pictures and description. Will consider staying again next time I am in town.

Affordable and Convenient.

Very nice, the staff/caretakers/maids, whatever you call them were top notch. They were friendly, helpful and just pleasant to be around. There were a number of places to eat within a few moments walking, there were sari sari stores next door. There was a lot of traffic on the road until about 10 pm, very easy to catch tricycle to go down to Blvde. I don't know about all the time but the other guests at the facility were very pleasant while I was there.

What a pleasure it was to stay in Majorie's stylish beautifully furnished unit and to be supported during my girlfriend and my long stay here by she and Janey. They are the best!!! Her unit is beautiful, has everything that a short or long stay needs in amenities. Having great security, a swimming pool, gym and pool table was extra added bonuses. Even a place to dry or clothes after each wash. My girlfriend and I lived here and had a great stay. Located in Dumaguete's up and coming Piapi neighborhood, it was both far enough and close enough to the ferries to other island, the airport and the downtown Dumaguete area. There are some cell service connection issues in this unit (...had to leave our windows open often) but her wi-fi still helped us stay connected. We would stay again and highly recommend you renting from her.

We had a comfortable stay at Rommel's! Communication was easy and the caretaker was very nice. There's some construction going on the courtyard and the pool was closed, but it didn't affect our stay too much.

Our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The host was exceptionally accommodating and demonstrated a high level of hospitality throughout our stay. The property was impeccably clean, thoughtfully appointed, and even more impressive in person than depicted in the photos. Its tasteful aesthetic and tranquil ambiance make it an ideal destination for discerning vacationers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

This apartment building is arguably the best in Dumaguete. It features a nice pool, a decent gym, good security, and conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. The host, Mike, is responsive and responsible. The unit itself is on a high floor, offering a mountain view and lush greenery below. It faces west. There’s a large smart TV with YouTube and other apps. I only cooked breakfast during my stay, but the kitchen was well-equipped with enough pots/glasses/coffee machine etc for two people. The apartment is close to the sea and surrounded by excellent dining options. My favorite restaurant was Bahia; Hayahay is a cheaper option to relax with a meal/drinks by the water. The unit is tucked away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. Cons: No washing machine but laundry is close and cheap. There is a small mart across but the supermarket is 5 minutes away with tricycles (20 pesos only). You have to register guests for any unit in this building.

So clean! They were also responsive . Need to to sound proof and proper communication sa guard for easy check-in and parking.

Miguel’s place is super clean and location is very accessible! It was very easy to check in. Communication with Miguel’s mom is also seamless! Great host 💓 Youre definitely getting your money’s worth when you stay here :) Will definitely come back!

Pros: Spacious living area, bedroom, and terrace perfect for drying clothes. Conveniently located near the boulevard, restaurants, port, and airport. Nice balcony on the 3rd floor. Fast internet connection. Hot shower is functional. Large bathrooms with ample space. Sufficient toiletries provided. Plenty of pillows and blankets available. Air conditioning works well. Nearby Robinsons and Sans Rival cake house Cons: The toilet and towels have a strong chlorine odor that could be improved. Located on the 3rd floor, which may be uncomfortable for seniors due to the stairs. summary: definitely booking this place again next time 😊 thanks Mitos and Kuya Caretaker for attending our needs specifically with water refill and trash bag replacement 🙏

Great place good located🤗 clean and everything what you need

Very great deal! It was a bit hard to find at first but once you were able to familiarize yourself with the place and surroundings, it was easily to go back and forth from the city center. Sir Rany was also easy to communicate with, tho, the staff he assigned to us was bit inattentive.

Terri's place was a great place in a pinch! I had a last minute booking, Terri had availability and that made my first stay in Dumagete a good one! Her place is located next to a professional massage spa; a short walk from food vendors with vegetables, fruits and your cooking needs. Also a short ride from the port/airport and downtown Dumagete. There you can enjoy the bay front, restaurants and other local entertainment. The condo also offers a rooftop that is great to have you morning coffee as you watch the sun rise and enjoy the view of the mountains 🏔️. Beth was very responsive to any needs/concerns and was a joy. Thanks for a great 1st stay in Dumagete!!!

Great place to stay. Close to City Mall, gated, a lot of parking space for guests with cars. The house itself is very spacious, and felt at home.
