It was perfect for almost a month stay. The host’s Ahmed and Hesham always replied back ASAP if I had any questions. That spot was perfect. Had everything you needed inside. But also little restaurants and grocery store within walking distance of the place. It’s also fairly close to everything deeper into town. So if your plan is to see the as much as you can it’s a great spot for that. I’d definitely recommend and pick this spot again.

Alen’s place has become like a second home - have stayed there several times. It’s a league apart from other places have stayed in the viscinity. Thoughtfully done up with every amenity and convinience. Would highly recommend it.

Wow,Highly suggest to rent this appartment. Very modern,clean, fresh space to stay. Appartment is equiped with all essentials. Not every appartment have like washing powder or dish soap etc.Here was everithing. I will rent this appartment for my next stay as well. Thank you!

Excellent location. Amazingly breathtaking views of Dubai Ain, Palm and Burj Al Arab. Super clean and beds had white linens and were very comfortable. We were a large group and it was perfect for us. Fits 13 people perfectly, you can use the maid's room/laundry room with private bathroom for the 14th guest but it has no windows or you can also use the couches in the living room. Bedroom #1: 2 large bed (fits 4 people) Bedroom #2: 1 large bed (fits 2 people) Bedroom#3: 1 single bed, 1 large bed (fits 3 people) Bedroom #4: 2 large bed (fits 4 peope) Maid's room- if needed can work as a single Bedroom with private full bathroom as it has a foldable single bed. This doubles as laundry/storage room but can work out. You have grocery stores and pharmacy around the building. You are also in the marina and can go for beautiful walks around there. We stayed for NYE and we had stunning views of fireworks and drone shows. Would love to stay in this apartment again. Loved everything about it!

I definitely recommend Jose's place. It's, actually, better than the pictures. It's in walking distance from beautiful Marina Walk, Dubai and Beach. Even more, the view from the balcony is very nice, especially in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you for all, Jose!

Leileen was amazing host, so lovely and welcoming! She made me feel like being at home. Place is cozy and clean ☺️ The kitchen is very well equipped with all the amenities.
