Host was very friendly, responsive and respectful. The place location is amazing and stairs away from walking around the harbor. Surrounded by cafes and returned with stunning views. Kids play area around the harbor is available as well.

A beautiful apartment with a stunning view from the 17th floor. The metro, beach and promenade are not far away, and shopping is also close by. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Ahmed is a great host. He is definitely one of the best ones that I have stayed with. He is very responsive and supportive. I flew in really early in the morning and asked Ahmed if we can check in early and he went out of his way to accommodate. His place is nice and clean and as described in the pictures. The beach is across the street. The view from the apartment is amazing. Great place and an amazing host and very reasonable price. Will definitely stay again.

Nice location with a great view and easy access, Dubai Tram is just near the building. Everything else is good.

Great location in a brand new tower in an area close to the clubs and the JBR beach; apartment located on the 37th floor, spacious, clean and perfect for 2 people; only flaw is the flooding of the bathroom after a shower.

Our best vacation ever! This villa is perfect - in the best possible location being close to the local Souk (Shopping centre) and close to Dubai Marina. There is also a lovely park with lake, playpark, basketball court and BBQ facilities 10 seconds from the villa. The villa itself was spacious (comfortably sleeps 6 adults), super clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, this included a private swimming pool in the back garden! Belal and his housekeeper Joe did everything to prepare us for our stay, including lots of communications, advice and guidance – this means a lot when you are in a new country. The housekeeper Joe met us on arrival and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. The villa includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Using the detailed written guide provided we were able to arrange delivery of groceries within 20 mins from ordering. I loved this villa and 100% intend to be a regular guest! Five Stars!!

I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

Thank you very much for this great place, the location is just amazing as it is inside the famous Anantara resort. The lagoon pool is right outside the building, the kids club is next door, the beach and the bigger pools as well. We asked for cleaning room service which was arranged and managed by our host. We had access to room service from the hotel for food if we wanted to. There are all the amenities you need for children (some toys, pushchairs, baby chair, baby bed…) . We took the NamJai subscription during our stay which we highly recommend as you have plenty of discounts on restaurants / food / drinks that made it totally worth it. The mall of the palm is 15 min away by car where you can find plenty to do. The Atlantis waterpark is 7 min away by car and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. Thank you again to the host that were very helpful and always available for any questions or requests.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Wonderful apartment and fantastic hosts! We had an issue with the internet not working for a day but Sandra and Lars were super responsive and ensured the issue got resolved

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

We had a great stay in this very nice apartment. Raymond is an excellent host and the communication was perfect. The highlights were the amazing view from the balcony and the private beach.

This was an amazing place to stay It looks exactly like the pictures but it feels smaller than pictures show The apartment is impeccably decorated, feels modern cozy and comfortable all at the same time It has everything you need, including a full size hair dryer and I phone chargers The only thing I was missing is a blanket on the couch to cuddle up with while enjoying a glass of wine and the amazing views You can not beat the views, to wake up and fall asleep to those views is something incredible Loved the place Would definitely try to book it next time I am in Dubai
