Perfect All-in-One Stay! Staying in this unit was an absolute delight! Being on the same floor as the pool and gym made it super convenient for me to enjoy the amenities without any hassle. Plus, having convenience stores, a hospital clinic, and beauty salons just four floors down meant I never had to leave the building vicinity for essentials. An added bonus was the restaurant on the ground floor—you can either dine in or have food delivered straight to your door, which was a game-changer! Overall, this stay was an all-in-one package, and I loved every bit of it. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Dubai!

I stayed in this apartment from May until the end of December 2024 and I loved my stay!! Wesam and Bilal were fantastic hosts. Bilal was always extremely helpful and responsive whenever I needed to extend the stay. They would also organise a cleaner to come once a month too and the cleaner would change all towels and bedding. This was a nice touch on top of doing your own cleaning and washing. The price did jump up significantly during the peak season but that is bound to happen anywhere. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The building has a pool and gym and there is one parking space. There are shops close by and you are approx 4 mins drive from the circle mall.

We had a fantastic stay in Business Bay! The location was perfect—safe, clean, and within walking distance of Dubai Mall. The host was excellent with communication, making everything smooth and stress-free. A perfect spot for our last days before heading to the airport. Will definitely return!

The apartment stay was awesome! The apartment was clean and surrounding area was nice although lot of construction going around. One suggestion, I would share pictures of building location/surrounding because there are lot of "Sobha" projects/building going on and it is very easy to miss the building name and the entry to the building. Other than this my stay was awesome and the host was responsive. I would stay with this host again if I ever go back to Dubai. Completely recommend this.

It truly felt like a luxury hotel experience with the added comfort of home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Daniel's Villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai yet still a 20-30 minute drive to most places. Rooms were excellent and the place was exactly as described. Had a perfect 6 night stay.

It was an excellent stay, and the apartment is better than the pictures, comfortable, close to the metro station, services, and Kari, a nice person who is responsive along the way, and as soon as possible, I recommend staying with her, and I will come back again

Housing is excellent! I really liked the area, if possible we will return to live in this area. Good ventilation and really liked the new appliances in the kitchen.

Resma is very friendly and always was responsive to any requests. The apartment had everything as described.
