I had a great stay at Nishant's place. he was a super host and made you feel right at home. His family was there and friends and they all made it easy to get to know each other and feel like they knew you for ages. He told me about different places to eat and what was nearby. I had a great time there and really enjoyed having Indian Chai !! Definitely recommend this place to others who want a nice place to stay, well located and not far from the Metro station. Will stay again.

Vera was an excellent host. She was always very responsive and helpful. The location was all my wife and I wanted extremely walkable and quiet with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful time here, highly recommend.

Nice big apartment in a great location. Bathrooms a little tired but other than that we had a great stay. The comunal pool is also very nice.

I recently stayed at Elisa’s beautiful house which is nestled top right in the heart of Dubai!The views of sheikh Zayed road were breathtaking as ever! The house was clean,quite antique and Elisa was super warm! Gym and pool were great to access as well as finding a cab was merely a 1 min Job Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for some warmth,peace and affordable luxury !

For us location is huge and this place was perfectly located. Walking distance to the marina and the beach. Having the train right out front made it easy to get to the Palm. Would highly recommend this location.

This is home away from home. Great place enjoyed my stay the fact that I have a toddler it was perfect. It has a play court for the children, a pool for both adults and children. Very private. Great location in Dubai South . Taxis are always a minute or 2 away Very responsive hosts. Romel was very helpful and very friendly. I appreciate him surely. The rest of the host team very responsive and very helpful. I appreciate you all You made our stay an incredible one. Can’t wait to rebook your place in the future.

Alen’s place has become like a second home - have stayed there several times. It’s a league apart from other places have stayed in the viscinity. Thoughtfully done up with every amenity and convinience. Would highly recommend it.

Zunaid is a remarkable person, concerned about his hosts and their comfort, he was always available and responsive during our stay. The studio has everything from a large, modern and tastefully decorated. Bottles of water, mango juice, a beautiful fruit baskets were waiting for us upon arrival. All offered free of charge! When we arrived extremely late, almost 2:00 am, Omid warmly greeted us with a smile, he even helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. He clearly provided us with all the information about the accommodation as well as very useful information about the activities, attractions and restaurants that are in the area. Note that Omid is an extremely polite, available and discreet person. Zunaid and Omid have made sure that we have a great memory of our time in Dubai. Many thanks to them!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at your place and made our trip even more enjoyable. The development is in a very nice, quite and residential location. This is surely an excellent location to stay as you can get around most places in the city in under 30 minutes, however a private car is advisable, private parking place is also included so it was excellent. There are 5 pools in the surroundings which are all accessible, 1 of the pools is literally few steps away from the door. We did have a couple of issues with the air conditioning and a small leak from one of the vents, but nothing major and were rectified promptly. Kristine was very helpful throughout the stay. There is a super handy supermarket (Geant) just downstairs where you can find almost all basic necessities. The private beach is also close by, takes 2-3 minute walk and you are there. The welcome fruit bowl was also a very lovely gesture by the host. Would surely be coming back to stay and will be our first choice.

This is a truly lovely apartment in a very nice complex . We found it spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Aanbar had kept us informed of a problem with pool and it was an appreciated that the sofa bed was made up on our arrival . The complex is currently undergoing further repair & building works which creates some degree of noise , but overall, this is a very nice place and will definitely be using again .

Friendly host who rents out his clean and spacious apartment, in building gym, jacuzzi, pool and parking. A huge new beach is being completed right across the street from the house, then it will be totally exclusive. Lots of small shops and shopping malls nearby, access to Dubai either by public transport (bus and metro or taxi and metro) depends how you choose. We really enjoyed our stay now in November.
