Great basement apartment, very close to public transport but it is preferable to walk to enjoy the beauties of the city. Rico's apartment is fully equipped, you will definitely find everything you need, and the sleeping place in the sauna was so cool and comfortable!

We were very pleased with the place. It was very clean and exactly as indicated. We particularly loved the communication with Conny and Kai. Everything was taken care of and we always received any information super fast. They regularly inquired whether everything was okay with the accommodation and we felt comfortable, so you just felt in great hands. In addition, the property is located in a prime location, so you are right in the middle of the action & have a great connection. Everything is great, there is really nothing to complain about.

A great apartment, central location makes exploring the city pleasantly accessible without constantly thinking about the logistics. Host Vasily was easily accessible, gave us a few tips in the area and prepared an extensive flyer library in the apartment. We actually found some very special places to stay. I stayed in this apartment for 10 weeks since I did a production in Semperoper Dresden. This apartment is everything the description says it is - AND MORE! It is cozy, well functioning, super clean and calm. The area is just lovely and the host is always there for you! Every little detail was thought of in the apartment and it felt like home. I highly highly recommend this place, it’s spacious, clean and just lovely. Also: Wonderful high technology equipment for movie nights etc. This place is a gem!
