House vacation rentals in Downtown, St Petersburg

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay!! The house was clean and comfortable and spacious for our family. Vildana was very responsive when we needed anything and was easy to get in touch with. We would love to stay again!

This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

Lovely accommodations. Pool was fantastic. Quiet surroundings. Screened in patio and very spacious. We lucked out with beautiful weather.

We stayed at the property for about 5 days over Spring Break. The location of the house is great but you will need a rental car to get around, many beaches, restaurants and other attractions within minutes of the home. We had small children in our group so we appreciated the gated backyard and the high lock on the sliding door in the back to get to the pool. There were plenty of towels and laundry detergent so we could wash them throughout our stay. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for our needs. Luckily, we bought some cheap plastic cups for the kids to use while we were there and we had paper plates. There was limited to no plastic wear or mixing bowls. Place was clean and lots of toiletries provided. There were no blackout curtains on the windows (usually helpful for small kids/babies nap times) We brought our own travel suction cup kind so that wasn't an issue. The thermostat was brand new but we had no idea how to work it - just call them, they're really helpful and responsive

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

We had such an incredible vacation in St Petersburg thanks to Phillip’s home and hospitality! It was a great location and quiet neighbourhood, and the home was big and clean. Phillip went above and beyond by providing so many amenities, we had a stocked fridge and lots of snacks, which was really great to walk into after we arrived late. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip, and he had great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Thank you Phillip, we hope to visit you again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

A perfect home for our family to stay at! The pool was amazing, the linens were the most comfortable I’ve ever had and the house had great amenities. Thao was responsive and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Kim & Bob left homemade cookies which was such a nice touch. The house had everything we needed during our stay and more. They had the perfect essentials for the pools and the beach trips. I would definitely stay here again.

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

It was a great stay & great location. There’s no washer & dryer so just keep that in mind when renting the place. It’s connected to another unit that seems to be full time residents & they have a dog that was a little annoying at times but other than that, it was a great stay. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink House in Dunedin. The house was clean, well maintained and had a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Location was great, just blocks from downtown with tons of restaurants and breweries to choose Erin Erin was a great host. She was proactive sharing information about the property and check-in. We stayed for 6 nights while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Lovely historic home! Was spacious and clean, with nice little extras in the kitchen. Perfect location.

This house was an amazing stay! Jeff and Lynne are amazing host as usual and I even had the pleasure of meeting them both this time. I’d there is anything you may need or even questions they are very responsive and helpful. The house is close to the beach and restaurants with a Publix and even a mall about 5-15 up the road. The house had everything I needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vaccination. They even have necessities for the beach. The setup of the house is spacious which I really loved. Can’t wait to hopefully stay again.

Gisele's place was clean and just like the pictures showed. The pool area was nice with a large Weber grill and lots of chairs . There were plenty of pool rafts in the garage for our use. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants all within a short drive and some within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and had a Catholic church within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying again!

This is the second time my family has stayed at Carlos and family’s house and we love it. They are great hosts that are responsive and give lots of local recommendations. Beautiful clean home with an amazing backyard and pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

Outstanding place to stay!! The house was very clean and the pool was wonderful and clean!! The host was very quick to respond to messages and gave us wonderful recommendations on places to visit. Only 20 mins or less from the coast and beautiful beaches. Just a few blocks away from stores and restaurants. Very early to get to from airports. Highly recommend staying with them!! We will definitely stay with them again if we ever get back to that area.
