Monthly Rentals in Downtown Phoenix

Conner's place was perfect. His home was spotless and had everything I needed. It was an easy walk to the Phoenix Convention center, and was in a great location. Conner was very quick to respond and had lots of recommendations. I highly recommend Conner's home for anyone visiting the downtown Phoenix area.

This, like all my Phoenix visits, is for Jan and Feb each year. The casita is small but a good value for the money. The neighborhood felt safe, so I had no problem walking my dog alone after dark. I was amazed that although Coronado Park was very close and well-used, I never heard anything from it from within the casita. Ian was very responsive and dealt with my needs quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

If you are a looking for a hotel alternative that is an easy 10-minute walk to downtown - this is it! I enjoyed my stay - comfy bed, AC, great shower & scenic walk to town. I stopped for an amazing coffee at Songbird on my way each day to the conference. Can’t wait to stay again on my next trip to Phoenix!

Compact house in a friendly walkable neighborhood is convenient to Roosevelt Row and ASU campus. Good selection of breweries, clubs and restaurants nearby including Matt’s Big Breakfast (highly recommend), though the house’s kitchen is well equipped for eating in as well. The comfortable bedroom in the back is quiet, even though this is a duplex. Off-street parking encouraged us to leave the car and walk everywhere. Perfect combination of city access and residential neighborhood. We would recommend—and return!
