Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Downtown Phoenix

Perfect for our family get together!!! We had a large group with children of varying ages and there was so much to entertain them all. The home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Melissa and Josh are great hosts and very responsive. We could not have asked for a better space for our family and will definitely rent again for the next reunion.

One of the cleanest AirBnB's I've ever encountered, and a great value. We visited in winter, and really enjoyed having windows on 2 sides of the unit -- letting in "just enough" cheerful sunshine -- we didn't feel like we were living in a cave. All the windows had good shades/curtains, for those who prefer to keep the rooms dark. HVAC worked well, and my allergies tell me that the air filter was fresh. Host is awesome, extremely responsive and personable. Condo complex is not gated, but was quiet anyway. Big plus for us: unlike many condos, this complex has a RECYCLING BIN! Thank you Paul - we hope to return one day.

clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Only issue was next door dogs barking when we were outdoors. Convenient location.

Great communication leading up to my stay. It was unclear where to enter. This is the only thing that can be improved upon. Emily was super responsive. Beautiful place with all of the necessary amenities. I would absolutely stay again.

Lovely little home with a very cool communal back yard! It would be a neat place to meet other people staying in the same place.

The house was immaculate and fully ready to be occupied, from every utensil you would need in the kitchen, cleanliness, the outside covered patios, which having a two-, six-, nine- and fourteen-year-old in group made the outside pickleball, pool, spa, sand box, cornhole areas especially important. Also, I might add all play areas were well maintained, and all the equipment was readily available to use, from flotation devices to the heated pool, everything was totally functional. From the very onset of booking until the day we left, Greg was very communicative and engaged, answering every question that was asked of him. A specific example was reattaching the pool vacuum hose, pulled out by my six-year-old grandson which then needed to be reattached! I reached out to Greg, and he was able to remotely shut down the circulation pump, decreasing the pressure on the system, making the hose reattachment very easy to do. We had a family of ten and we would all go back tomorrow!

Kathy’s place was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed exploring Scottsdale and surrounding areas with the comfort of coming back to the rental. Well situated with easy access to explore. Very clean condo with amenities provided. Thank you, Kathy!

Mirjam's place is amazing. I recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable, great location and nicely decorated!!! She was and is an amazing host!!!!!! She responded right away and was very helpful since this was our first time renting an Airbnb. We are moving out and going to another Aribnb for a couple of months then coming back to Mirjam's. I waited too long to book so that time frame was already taken. Love seeing the fountain right outside our windows and love the plantation shutters. Would recommend this for sure. Close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

Derek’s place was just as described and very clean and comfortable. Derek was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend and is very close to everything.

Calista’s place was just as described on Airbnb. Convenient location for us, and close to shopping and restaurants. Callista was also very responsive, and allowed us to check in early - thank you for that! Many items were provided in kitchen so we didn’t have to buy much, except some groceries. We would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Phoenix, AZ, we like to stay in the area near the Biltmore because there is so much to do. We “loved” our stay at Sarah’s modern and updated condo in the heart of the Biltmore neighborhood. The condo was new, fresh and updated throughout. The beds are comfy, the condo community is secure and quiet, the workout and pool areas are a great amenity. This condo was more than adequate for two people but would easily fit another couple or family of four. This condo is walkable to the grocery store, restaurants, dry cleaners and a nice coffee shop. Hiking is just 5-10 minutes away; a ten minute walk gets you to shopping and more restaurants or a lovely walk around the Biltmore property. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Arcadia is nearby too! If you are visiting Phoenix, I highly recommend choosing this as your option for your vacation home away from home.

Lovely - comfy bed, was offered early check and late check out without asking. Had everything for cooking and alvina was very responsive! Felt very safe too!

Great place as advertised. Quiet neighborhood and was easy access to where I needed to go for this trip to the Phoenix area. Internet speeds were a bit slow which was more of an annoyance rather than a big problem. I would recommend this place if you are going to be needing to stay proximal to the Tempe area.

It really was a heavenly stay. We were pleased with how accommodating Anthony was and that he let us check in early. The home is very impressive, in a good neighborhood, clean and has good quality bedding. My partner and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to feel at home away from home!

This might be my favorite Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. Ryan was fantastic with communication! We had a full house of 8, and we all felt like we still had a ton of privacy when needed. The pool table was awesome to have in the main house, and the casita was gorgeous. Everything about the property was spectacular and exceeded my expectations. The entire house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the linens as well. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this house for anyone! Ryan was also great with letting us check in early, which helped out my family a lot. Five stars!!!

Gorgeous home with fantastic amenities, including high-end products. The host (Landon) was super helpful and generous. We especially loved the living room with the huge leather sofa and cozy fireplace.

I had an incredible stay at this Scottsdale Airbnb! The property was absolutely stunning – a huge, beautifully maintained house that was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was hands down the best feature – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny Arizona weather. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore in Scottsdale. The hosts were amazing – super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a base for your Scottsdale adventures, this is the spot. I’d love to stay here again!

If ever an Airbnb was deserving of a fabulous review, this would be the place. A palm trees and cactuses piece of perfection. 

There’s not one aspect of this property, the interior or exterior that isn’t delightful. We enjoyed it so much I wrote a little poem. This place deserves its own poem. 

There’s something very calming about it; the colors, decorative pieces, artwork, lighting, fabrics, furnishings. Everything about this place makes you want to stay. We even stayed an extra week.
