House vacation rentals in Downtown Miami

Great property for our friends to stay before we boarded our cruise! The pool was wonderful and the house was clean.

We needed a larger place to accommodate our work crew of 6 and this place was perfect! Same day and quick response we were able to head over after our work day. Nice and relaxing with a nice taco joint down the road.

We had an awesome stay at this house, we walked in and I texted Cloudya almost immediately that I will be dreaming of the time to come back, the house has an awesome vibe and is spacious and welcoming. Everything you need is here and the house is super comfortable for a big family and/or couples. The backyard is fantastic, bbq is great and made dinner a breeze. Big washer and dryer and dishwasher made things extra homey, lots of towels and a relatively well stocked spice drawer. Only minor thing is the location because though just 10min drive from Walmart and about 20min from Costco, it’s very residential and not much to do in the area, you have to drive a bit to get to restaurants. It’s also gentrifying so some really great homes, some less. No streetlights or sidewalks so not really convenient for evening strolls. But if you are lucky and get good weather, you will never want to leave the house anyway because the backyard is a dream. Would definitely recommend!

The place was nice and clean Lots of space for five of us Having a pool was pretty cool. Offstreet parking with the rental was safe behind the gate The Neighborhood was nice and Ezekiel responded to my emails quick. He was flexible with check in. I would definitely rent this place again

Great place, internet worked great, pool clean, well maintained.

We stayed here for the weekend to see the Taylor Swift concert. The location was great, it does look like the photos, and the host was responsive. We would stay here again.

The house and backyard are beautiful just as the pictures show. If you plan to cook at the house, know that the cooking pots and pans are limited. There are no oven mitts and no mixing bowls or big bowls for salad. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and there are plenty of chairs by the pool. The pool and hottub were very nice. The inside of the house has enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group or two families. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

This home is beautiful.. our host was amazing and responded immediately when we reached out .. I love that my family felt at home and the neighborhood was quiet and safe . I love the privacy and security this home offers . We had quick Access to the interstate , Restaurants and stores. This home was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay . We will definitely stay again …

This location was perfect because it was close to family that we were visiting for a wedding! Nice quiet road and beds were so comfortable!

Jason and Dave’s place was a perfect place to stay a few blocks away from the design district in Miami. The cottage was extremely private and was a stand alone building so no neighbors connected to it. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Miami.

We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and felt very safe. WinDixie grocery store was only a few blocks away, very walkable. Pharmacy, few restaurants, and stores like Marshalls were also in walking distance. very convenient since we didn't rent a car. The house was comfortable, adequate and met our needs.

This place was absolutely pristine! We originally had issues getting into the home due to a battery issue with the keypad lock. Vanessa responded immediately and was on site within 15 minutes of us reaching out! Great host and the house was perfect for our trip. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful cozy home on an oak line Street in the great neighborhoodof Miami Shores! Instantly felt at home in the space. The kitchen is gorgeous and outside. Space is very tranquil and well thought out. overall we were incredibly happy with our stay and the communication of the owners and property manager!

Was great overall! It’s Miami so if your like us you won’t be home that much but it’s very quaint and a very comfy stay! Will have to mention the driveway is on a main road and is encapsulated by trimmed lush foliage so visibility is scary! Other than that go to skinny Louies and Sanguich! Your welcome😎

My friends came for Art Basel weekend and loved this place!! It’s walkable to gas station and other food spots. Super clean and a homey environment, too! I have no complaints. 😊 Martin was also very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back to stay next year!

The house was great and Lorena was a great host.

This location was perfect for our pre-cruise destination. Traffic to Miami beaches is insane. It took us almost an hour to go 14 miles, plan accordingly. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and common area very much. Back patio was peaceful for morning coffee, very nice!

The two houses were exacly as described. They were clean, roomy and there were plenty of linens and kitchen equipment. We felt secure, the neighborhood was safe and there was parking right at the house. It was two blocks from the metro station, some stores and chain restaurants (Target, Panera, etc) and close to Route 1. It was a 10 minute drive to Coco Walk (center of Coconut Grove). Thank you Ana for a great stay for my family!

The place was great and exactly how it was described. Seen a few reviews saying the rules are a bit outlandish but definitely wasn’t the case, just normal “treat this home like your own”. Only negative was the location of the house solely because most of our days were spent in Miami Gardens and Miami Beach, so traveler error nonetheless. Neighborhood is excellent, and even saw a peacock for the first time!

Fabienne is an excellent host. She was always in communication. The place was excellent and very comfortable. I did not used the kitchen but everything was clean and available. Would come back if there is an opportunity.

The place was better than described. Rosemanie and her family were extremely communicative and were willing and ready to assist with whatever my guest and I needed. The place was secure and felt like a retreat in itself. Would stay 100/100 times in the city.
