I had a positive experience during my stay at Vincenzo's property. The unit was impeccably maintained, and the cleanliness was evident throughout. The property is managed as a hybrid hotel and Airbnb, which provides the convenience of hotel-like amenities while offering the privacy of a private residence. Guests should note that, similar to hotel accommodations, check-in procedures are required, and the unit remains exclusively theirs for the duration of their stay. One area for improvement would be the bathroom, which could benefit from a remodel. There is visible black mold on the ceiling, and the hot water supply requires a wait time of approximately 20 minutes before it reaches optimal temperature. Additionally, water pressure can be inconsistent, which may pose a challenge for some guests. This place is beautiful, close to the beach and really something special.

Location is great. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was included which was continental buffet and it was also really good with decent variety. I would recommend it and, if I have to go to south base again, I would try to book with them again!

Very Nice apartment inside the Hilton Bentley hotel. Just like in the pictures. Perfect for A Couple. Luxorious feeling in it...Bed Was very comfortable! Bathroom Nice and large. We were able to use the hotel gym and pool. Beach is right there behind the building. Hotel staff Was friendly and Are Was easy to connect with. Lovation Was very convenient. Also the small kitchenette Was enough for us. (A microwave, no stove)

This hotel was great! it was tucked away in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and more! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean

A true home away from home ! The living and sleeping spaces are large and cozy, and well decorated. The pool has a great mix of sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. What a cool view of the intercostal waters, yet also private vibe. Johnny and Michael suggested several delicious restaurants and nightlife, all within walking distance. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Steps away from the beach!

The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was a great size and well-equipped, which made it easy to cook a few meals during our stay. The food at the hotel was surprisingly good, and they provided towels for the pool. The gym had all the basic equipment you’d need. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk across the bridge to the beach and state park and restaurant. On the other side, you’re right next to a mall, lots of restaurants, Publix, and Starbucks. Super convenient spot and a great stay overall! For my solo travels i definitely recommend this location!

Everything was as advertised and met our expectations. We had an issue with a blocked drain however maintenance were very quick to come resolve the issue.

I loved the location of this place. It's close to the beach for easy back and forth if needed. Also loved that we had 2 chairs an umbrella and cooler to use for our time there. I would definitely stay here again. Jeff made sure we were always satisfied and if we needed anything he was on it immediately.
